CR might require a little more tweaking than strictly following what simcraft provide. Here are some of my suggestions and check list.

1. Chimaera Shot should be used off cooldown at all times. - EXCELLENT
2. Kill Shot should be used off cooldown on targets below 35% health. - EXCELLENT
3. Powershot // Glaive Toss should be used off cooldown, with Barrage saved exclusively for when more than 1-2 targets are active. - REQUIRE ATTENTION
4. Aimed Shot should be used as many times as possible without messing up the priority above. - EXCELLENT
5. Steady Shot should be used to generate enough focus to facilitate what is above - GOOD

I would suggest that Powershot // Glaive Toss // Barrage should used more often. Relying on simcraft's rotation is a little strict. I suggest comparing World of Logs to check the abilities/skills usage of hunters. CR been skipping the mentioned abilities too many times and even with fight that has more than 2+ target.

Lastly, I would suggest providing an option to turn on Stampede only on bosses. 5 minutes cooldown is a long time to recover if you use it during trash clearing. This could bring up some attention of fellow raiders concern why waste such a long cooldown on trash (may seems botttish)

This CR has it's potential just require some tweaking. What has been mentioned above is just some thoughts.
Cheers :)

I agree with the above. The routine is doing well, but Powershot/Glaive Toss/Barrage should be used more often. I looked at Icy Veins and Stampede should only be used when heavy burst damage is needed (a nuke stage?) so a toggle for it to be used on bosses would be best. It also says that Rapid Fire should be used on cooldown as well. Glaive Toss is generally for single target, Power Shot is rarely used due to knockback which is bad for tanking, and Barrage is for multiple targets and is semi dangerous with pulling many things. The routine is good, and I use it and YRB3. They both perform pretty well.

Thank you for taking your time to give all this feedback. I really appreciate it.

I double checked Powershot and Glaive Toss usages. Both should be used on cooldown regardless of target count except for Powershot when it would cause your focus to exceed during cast time.

I ran some tests on training dummies with both talents. They were both used on cooldown.

I pushed a new version with Stampede Usage options. It defaults to BossOnly

since there isnt a trial for this, which would be nice, how is this for leveling... does it handle movement and questing or is it strickly for enyo

I've leveled two hunters with this CR while I was testing it. This CR supports all botbases and uses capability flags to provide the best experience.

Any chance of adding a hotkey to disable Barrage, would be nice to temp disable it via hotkey while dpsing mobs that are close to packs that havent yet been pulled.

also i have tried playing around with the "lag tollerance" option in wow to solve this next issue, i see it trying to cast Chimera shot or barrage but i dunno if the routine tries to use it a millisecond too soon before it comes of CD, i see the action bar hilight as if it was clicked but because it was a fraction early it moves on to aimed shot. any thoughts?

I will add an option to disable Barrage usage.

I will run some tests for your second feedback. I might need add some throttling for that since the routine is running very fast which might cause the issue you mentioned. I need to make sure the throttling doesn't cause a dps loss

Hi Dommy,

Just checking with you to see if the "Lonewolf" talent for tier 7 is added in the CR. I would understand that "Exotic Ammunition" is a must for PvP so leaving it as it is is fine.
For PvE as of 6.2.3 - MM Spec "Exotic Ammunition" and "Focusing Shot" is probably not as good, so it's best that the CR has include the talent "Lonewolf"

With "Lonewolf" talent it also provides you an option to choose specific raid buff which are used when specific buffs are missing. I don't see the CR choosing the missing buff for a group or raid. I would suggest that this should be added if it is not in there. Cheers! :)

It will automatically dismiss your pet when you have the Lone wolf talent. I will add an option for the raid buff

I agree with you Dommy, it does dismiss the pet itself when Lonewolf is chose, but as you mentioned auto choose buff is required. Lastly, please have a look at explosive trap, I don't see it being use even when there is 5+ mobs. Thanks.

Have you tried using an addon called AutoLagTolerance? Instead of adjusting your own custom the addon will automatically set the optimized tolerance for you.
