12x Blood DK - Ultimate Legion Botting Project

I can speak only by own experience on these numbers:

So far have triggered "nearly instant" ban, aka got banned in 2 hours after I turned on 7x gather bots on single machine (physical) by mistake. Before that, they were running shifted on HBRelog schedule 3x - 5x at the same time.

But keep in mind those interesting facts:

- Blizzard banned those 7x just because they were running in the same time + same machine. Know this, because one of those was old account, frozen from several months and just renewed sub+started botting with the others.

- Meanwhile on the machine was 5 other veteran bots (3-4-5 years old botting accounts) +1 non-botting main, which were doing other botting activities, which are considered non-botting for profit - dungeons, testing accounts for questing profiles, running dailies etc. (I usually keep 4-5 accounts, which bot questing+dailies for professions only, they are all with maxed professions usually, and they are fed from the gather accounts for max profit!) and neither of those got hit. (ofc they were hit in the banwaves, but its another story :P )

At that personal "banwave" I believe I was hit by automated script, not manually banned by GM - because no side account got hit and no guild bank was harmed, contrary to the last Manual investigation vs me several years ago when they closed my old Scarab Lord main, plus all other trade/safe accounts, connected to my guild bank.
 
Hey Doc, have you noticed a massive gold price decrease with bulk buyers? They offered me 1$ per 10k like 2 weeks ago and now it's down to 0.6$. The hell?

Yes there is a reason the gold prices tanked so hard since yesterday especially. And its discussion is forbidden on this forum.
 
Nobody got banned? Lost 5/5 again - economy bans. No guild this time. Only sold 50k. My friend had only one account running and got banned at the same time. We probably got our pcs flagged. Format + mac change did not work. Any ideas ? (we got dynamic IP etc, also he lives XXX kilometers away from me)

I dont have a link since im only speculating, but 99% sure. In the past, when the gold price tanks in this pattern, then the cause is generally the same

For those 7 bots you turned on at the same time, did you have separate IP's for them, or all on the same IP?

My bots are still doing fine and i am optimistic despite the shitty gold prices. I increased my efforts to find private buyers at my server and my fjarn farming is now a 1 click process after getting artefact quest. So the effort it takes for a bot to run is increased a lot now, which was really necessary for it to still be viable.

Great info!
I started botting myself yesterday (with only one bot though) and noticed the prices are about the same as they were around the first banwave. I used to sell to private buyers for around ~$14-16 per 100k, but they fell to $10 about at the same time the banhammer fell. They seem to hover around that amount.

well from the chinese i am getting something along 0.045-0.065 instant and demand.
Luckily I still have returning private buyers who i can sell to for 0.15 still. So now, i mainly focus on farming gold on demand for my private buyers.
Its going good so far, havent had bans in a while which is a good sign.
 
Where do you guys find chinese buyers? I found this Titanium Bay but they never replied to me on Skype. I've been looking everywhere and can't find them! Funny cuz my gf is chinese XD
Anyway, I've only been selling to private buyers, but that takes time and also I need to rush home from work sometimes.
