Just use AutoIt to resize your Diablo windows. Be sure to select "Fullscreen (Windowed)" in the D3 video settings. WinMove($handle,'',0,0,400,300)

I didn't realize that you used a fake ID, sorry. I don't think a recovery is possible in this case.

Just write an email to the blizzard customer support and explain yourself. Be prepared for some days without that account though since you most probably have to send them a picture containing your ID on top of todays newspaper, which then will have to be verified by them.

Are your dependenies (vc runtime, .net 4.0) in place ? Also be sure to attach some logs.
