My account just got locked and I need to unlock it,

Problem is for some reason my answer to the secret question keeps saying its wrong, even thought i wrote the damn thing down! and I put a fake name on the account as well, so

How am i going to get this unlocked?

am I screwed?

Never got a digital authenication key either from buying digital direct
 
Just write an email to the blizzard customer support and explain yourself. Be prepared for some days without that account though since you most probably have to send them a picture containing your ID on top of todays newspaper, which then will have to be verified by them.
 
Well I can send them my ID

problem is, thats not the name on the account? and dont want any links to my main account :(
 
I didn't realize that you used a fake ID, sorry. I don't think a recovery is possible in this case.
 
If you don't know your security question/answer, then blizzard asks you to scan and send in your government issued ID.

If you used fake info, and you don't know your security answer, then you're shit out of luck.
 
Well I could try call them and just tell them I put a different name on the account for trial purposes at first?

I duno :(
 
He means that you should the gov id.
what would be a criminal act in most countrys

Try to get to your account from the place / IP Range you usually used it. Then they will not ask for your secret question.
 
Im not going to commit fraud and send them a fake id, not worth the risk,

Im just going to call them and say, Its my account, but I put a fake name at first, then I ended up using it etc

just going to try my luck, if i cant get it back, then i guess thats life
 
ahha YES i guessed the answer

I read the question wrong at the account creation, thought it asked a different one

hahaa

now to bot tonight or not.. lol
 
Or try different combinations of your secret answer, God knows how many times I held shift too long D:
