Any chance you will be adding Paralytic poison? Right now, I only see Crippling, Mind numbing, and leeching poison for the Non-lethal poisons.
Also, it seems like I can't use shadow step for some reason. Every time I go to class configuration, check shadow step and save, it is somehow unchecked again when I go to class configuration again.

Fixing the code now, trying a few different things.Found DPS increase, which, on other hand possibly created Dispatch bug that im having, not quite sure yet:
if you have Anticipation, setting Mutilate and Dispatch CP to <10 i managed to gain ~5k DPS on Raid dummy.
Without changed values 57k, with changed values up to 63-64k on Raid Dummy in 5 and 10 mins fight without any CDs used.
Bug (possibly caused by me changing of settings, but im not quite sure cause Envenom should be cast always when you have SnD and Rupture up), this bug was also noticeable in previous versions of non-edited files:

I marked where last Envenom was used and where Execute phase started, if you need log, ill upload it. As you can see, < 35% HP fight lasted for more than 30s (30s cooldown window for ToT), not a single Envenom was casted, SnD fall of and Routine recasted it.
Edit1: Tested fixes that i added, unfortunately, as i said, they didnt worked. Since Dispatch is 30e and Envenom is 35e Routine will give advantage to Dispatch over Envenom. Deleted those lines.

As it stands now, unless special code is entered, HB will always run rest, loot, rest, pull.so this is a really good single target cc like you said. i have just one request. that he doesn't stealth before looting? cause then your half way to the next hotspot before u can restealth... thanks
Fixing the code now, trying a few different things.
Im having a issue where there is noticable lag using your new profile. I have never had this issue until updating with SVN. My other classes singulars work just fine, no lag at all. However, this rogue one seems to be pausing alot and not sure why this is happening. I tried messing with the FPS and frame lock, did a restart, running with no plugins, nothing seems to be fixing it. Any ideas?
Update: found the issue to be with lazyraider. When checking Raidbot like disable all frills, this causes the lag. It doesnt do this with any other singular profile tho and never used to until recently.
ok thanks, also was wondering why when using subs routine and vanish, it doesnt cast ambush very well? it just tries to leave stealth it seems. With vanish and subterfuge you can get a few off and also with prep you can do it again, seems nice either before or after a dance in the series, this a bug or intended? I notice it will do this better during a fight on a second rotation, but still seems to leave stealth sooner. Doing this from the start seems to mess things up. Im guessing its the always use cooldowns that is throwing it off? will there be a bigger dps increase if changing that?

Update: Also see a bug where after changing specs and selecting it from the menu it asks to change spec in the game even though its already done. Only a HB restart allows the use of the spec
Yes, RaidBot like is useless. Why do people use LazyRaider and run RaidBot like anyway? Seems pointless to me. Anyhow, Raidbot requires a setting to be written in the routine. I do not have this setting coded in, which is framelock. Without the support of framelock, the routine kills any FPS. It runs fine it just slamms FPS to super slow.

I just love this, it runs awesome with questbot. 1 question tho, any chance u can fix the stealth allways, soo he stealths after looting? now he stealths before looting and then the stealth is on a cooldown. if u could fix that this would be perfect for questbot.

Whenever I am attempting to run your routine, whether it be in LazyRaider, Tyrael, QuestBot or GrindBot, if I receive an add while in combat this exception pops up and the bot fails to continue aftewards. Only a manual stop/start allows the bot to continue on its way (until an add comes into play in combat).

LazyRider have in it self coded frame lock from RaidBot, also, LazyRider disables all your active addons to get as much ticks/s as it can and its highly recommended to use it over RaidBot.

Dispatch bug is still there, its constantly dispatching without using Envenom, using CP's to refresh Rupture and SnD which is failing off due to not Envenoming in Assassination execute phase.
Few Envenom that you see is when i was out of range of target so i got some regen back and tossed them in manually as soon as i got back in range.
Take a look at CP counter, it looks like there is an issue there, having 6CP tossing in Dispatch and counted again as 6CP:

Looks to me that Dispatch counter is somewhere broken and it keeps spamming Dispatch cause code says "(!SpellManager.HasSpell("Anticipation") && CP() < 5 || SpellManager.HasSpell("Anticipation") && CP() < 8)" and its trying to reach 8CPs, but its stuck on 6cp.
Checked majority of logs, in execute phase i didnt find single time that CD counter got over 6CP even so Dispatch is spammed.
