[Plugin] Giles Trinity

Im having problems with Bash (instigation). Its seems to miss every single attack. the mob is in range, the bot is aiming to the right direction, but its keep hitting the wind lol. Fist time im trying that tornado build. have any one else noticed this? not sure if its a pugin issue tho.

EDIT.: just tested, when i manually click the mob, the skill lands. when the bot is running it misses every single time.

Usually stuck in this area would be great if that was fixed.. most people are stuck here too i believe

un reachable elite just caused me death

the bot tried to reach it at least 20 yards away over a canyon

and thrash mobs killed me while bot was waiting to reach that elite :D
 
For Barbs,

Your previous combat routine worked marvelously, post rend fix (manually) it made it virtually self sustaining. The only concern with the previous one was the avoidances and the looting, which Trinity seemed to have fixed.

Would it be possible to revert back to the previous combat routine and implement the fixes for rend and avoidance?
 
Loving the combined plugin, having nearly no deaths on my Barbarian and my pickup has increased dramatically :)

I do have some small minor problems tho...
1. When chasing goblins, and the Toon see's another enemy near him, he'll turn around and attack that enemy instead (even with prioritize on)
2. When trying to teleport back to town, he'll keep using Sprint over and over until he runs out, delaying the teleporting process.

My friend is a monk and have these problems:
When about to engage a rare pack, the Toon sometimes decide to use Seven-Sided Strike before even in their range, hence wasting it in the air.
In the beginning of a Run he usually wastes all his spirit on Mantra of Conviction (repeated use), until the Toon runs dry.
And he would also like to ask if it's possible to make it so that the Toon only "overactivate's" Mantra of Conviction when engaging an elite pack? So far he overactivate it on even the simplest enemies, and hence wasting spirit so he aren't prepared for the elite packs later on.

And I would like to know if it is possible to add Avoidance for the Poison Plants, that the tree's in Highlands (act 1) spawn? My toon usually die by just walking through them without worrying about a thing.


Well, that's pretty much it. Hopefully you can use these things to improve your Plugin even furthere :D

ok i changed setting for monk for arcane and desecrator to 0.8 as i think its doing the moonwalk to avoid arcane and get slowly killed by mobs without attacking back or drinking a potion

serenity does not seem to be used when bot is using avoidance.
Once i use portal to go to other area it uses serenity.
but not during avoidance

You need to change this:

Poison Tree
{5482, 0.55}

make poison tree to something higher , like 0.75 or 0.85

we really need to fix goblin.. it was working good on priority changer like 1 month ago..10-15 yellow trashed every run with good MF

gj giles now i got barb and monk in act 3 i will test soon

ye sss sometimes will casted when he saw elite even not in range :/

really? mantra was fixed on combat replacer ..like he use it only when he is almost full spirit

how is sweeping wind?

rend: the actual usage looks pretty nice to me, will observe it a while :D

negative:
- leap is only used for ooc movement and to reach distant emenys, seems like the actual hp (70%) is not triggering it
for leap perhaps a slider would be the best, cause everyone has other preferences for it. someone wants it EVER ON CD, otherones only triggered by a specified threeshold and so on

-uses leap for movement right after a elite is killed, everytime he has something to loot he has to run back, and leap is on cd. would be nice if he could use it earliest a few seconds after a combat for movement

- revenge: is pretty often just used when off cd but without any mobs in range / (sometimes rend is used without mobs in range too)

-avoidance: often seems to just look for nearest safe spot, and not for a safewspot where he could go on with fighting - so often just stands on safespot and eats dmg
feels like the logic of ur combat replacer was very much better, have more dph with avoidance on then with avoidance off, thats not a good sign :D. have to run with avoidance off, atm in act3 it does more bad then good for my dph :D
for example desecrator, is a pretty small "unsafe"spot, he leaves this spot but instead of going to the mob he just goes for and back for and back on the safespot for a few seconds

so far my first thoughts of v.1.1 will check it further

This is the proper line of code to change to make barb stop leaping out of combat?

And what to change it to? It's not good for movement anyway, and he rarely has leap available quickly when he needs it for combat because he spamming it all the time. Also, what to change to make him use leap even at 100% health? He should use it in combat 100% of the time.

it is working awesome

if you put a condition it is almost becoming useless because of the massive delay

i like it more this way instant spam :d
 
Another issue found in 1.1:
- when there is fallen prophets (grunt-summoners) in act 3 and elites the bot goes after the fallen prophets instead of the elites first which is not good.
- there are quit a few destructible objects the bot for some reason doesn't destroy and gets stuck on them mainly in stonefort area that did not happen in 1.0.1
- avoidance of arcane things seems to be worse then before the bot keeps so much range from the elites now when these are spawned that he cant get close to attack the elites (only try'd and experienced this with CM wizard so I cant speak about other class's)
- Trigger range for Explosive Blast still to much... its causing problems especially with the avoidance since he will try to be as far away from the elite as possible if they spawn pledge around them..

another thing I forgot while running this with CM wizard there is a thing he should never ever do which he is doing and its a problem.. amit combat he should never suddenly start trying to pick up health globes while being surrounded by normal monsters and or elites. Instead he should try to cast Frost Nova & Diamond Skin since as CM wizard you usually have lots of LOH.. if its just a 2-3 normal monsters around you picking up a health globe on low hp is fine but not on mass because that's what CM wizards are designed for and that pickup trying for globes is kinda interfering with that.

i have a feeling that avoidance has to do with the new radius that is used.
Older version used smaller ranges

i have to say this version is pretty awesome and makes db 3x better :D
 
can somebody also test the following change for desecrator avoidance?

X will be a number (which represents the distance) i changed it to 8 like the old combat plugin and have a feeling that it is better
