A couple things i've noticed from watching the bot.
Avoidance is not as good as it was on your stand alone combat replacer. Against ranged mobs with arcane, ect... the bot will stand outside of range of the AOE's and just eat damage until he dies. As well his avoidance overides attacking in situations where he is "stuck" - so when walled in and surrounded he often won't attack and just die (in the presence of AOE's)
Also of note is that he takes a long time to "think" when presented with large groups of mobs. This leads to deaths as he is not attacking as fast as he should be.
FYI went from 1-2 deaths per hour on combat replacer to 10-15 on the trinity
EDIT* on a positive note the item pickup during combat is awesome! no more missed items
