Got Banned!!! Is it IMPUSIBRU to charge back? if yes then how?

You're just trying to justify being a scammer move on. You got what you paid for we all know it and you know it just admit the type of character you have and move along.

Anyone telling ToU, ToS and EULA are not binding is ill wrong. Just because these agreement isn't law doesn't mean they are not legal. They are binding unless otherwise prohibited by law.
Debating on the legality of these agreements is a totally different thing. If you think so, you can start a lawsuit agains Blizzard.

Thats true. but only if i did something wrong. Which i claim i didnt. Their terms doesnt hold up to an iinnocent person. Atleast in Sweden, cant really talk about US law here.

You're a member of a botting forum, you have links to profiles you made and have post saying you use DB. Proving you use DB would not be hard if they wanted to this is a public forum after all. Let's be honest here NO ONE here is innocent.

Im would never bother take my time, and ive not been banned. I would just buy a couple of new accounts and continue, simple is that. But calling me a scammer is just wrong. If i would do that in US i would be a scammer, but not in Sweden. So get over it and thinking that US is the world or something.

Just look at Bosland, he lives in Germany and he can fight Blizzard. EU laws are not like US laws...

Guilt can be assumed in court if the evidence is clear. A post of you admitting to using DB and making profiles for DB is enough evidence to prove your guilt.

Also comparing charging back for the game because you got banned and bosslands case is ignorant. Bossland is doing nothing wrong he is providing a service that people want and some need. He in my opinion is not infringing on blizzards property and therefor should not have to deal with blizzards lawsuits. You're talking about sweden which doesn't even apply here how many DB users are from sweden ? I would guess a lot more are from the US.

No he's not. You can't look at one case and assume it applies to bossland or anyone else. Would it be easier to rule against him in the US ? Of course courts are controlled by money.

Guys, you broke the ToS and now you want a refund from Blizzard? No way that you deserve that, just accept the fact that you are banned.

I'm filling a charge back/refund.. if it's work then good if it not no problem :) ...

I'll post it here if I got refund or not ....

or anyone did a charge back and got there money?
 
Alot of you need to complain to your parents.
Try and chargeback them for invalid upbringing because as it stands they have zero proof of you turning out well.
The court will have no choice but to pronounce you the entitled brat you are.

Just trying is criminal fraud. Just because you try to rob someone and don't succeed doesn't mean its not against the law.
