yes. call credit card company and tell them you did not receive what you paid for. or the bank. depending on the type of card etc the process might be different.
if they don't unban me i'm doing the same. I sent in my appeal.
all you have to do is call your credit card company or debit card co and tell them you were scammed out of your hard earned money. TOS / EULA is not law. They can't do anything legally about you charging back.
You can get refund in 30 days LoL
guys added question:
do I need to contact the blizzard first before doing a charged back? what should I ask?
or just contact the credit card company immediately? what should I ask?
so confused need advice thanks
This... It doesnt mather if you didnt follow Blizzards terms. They are bound by law to give you want you payed for, for 30 days. So if you are not able to play your game for atleast 30 days they have broken the law and you can get your money back. It depends which country you live in. But atleast where i come from (Sweden) this is taken more serious that following terms in a game, as long as you doesnt do anything illigal like say threating a person or harass someone, you are fine. You can get refund in 30 days LoL

You are not commiting fraud if you said that you didnt get what you payed for. Because by law you payed to play for atleast a month. If you start to babbling on you are more likely to get into trouble.
If the bank come back to you and said that blizzard gave you a key, you can simply say that it didnt work for a month and by that you have full right to return it because the game does not work in the current state.
So its just up to how smart you are and aslong you dont confess that you used a bot or anything like that you have the law on your side. Because blizzard is NEVER gonna show you their evidence of you botting in court because they cant detect that you used a bot. They can only guess, because you play 10 games on the same IP on the same mac adress and they are on 24/7 and they only kill 1 mob over and over, and that is not accual real world proof.

all i got to say is if only a a handful appeal or charge back your sales the chances of success is low but if most of the banned guys charge back i think most of the banks will take a serious look at this issues and determine if we really deserve a chargeback if bliz ban us... its up to blizz to determine if we are following their TOS but its up to the bank to think if our chargeback appeals are indeed due to blizz not giving us what we pay forYou guys are nuts for doing this. If you're lucky, your bank or cc won't actually take the time because it's a small amount.
Blizzard has proof that they delivered it to you. I seriously hope everyone of you that does this are fought back by blizz. They don't just say "Ok, here is your money." Unless the bank picks up the tab on the dispute due to costs.
You were delivered what you purchased and simply violated the terms of services.
Yes but they have to prove that i broke the terms, which they cant because they cant detect that i used a bot. So they are banning me on unproven grounds. They cant sell air, if they sell a license there are laws that they are still bound to and in Sweden the laws are way more powerfull than any EULA TOS that cant prove that ive done something wrong. Blizzard probably knows that and thats why you always get your money back from, let say VISA. ATLEAST in Sweden. I cant talk about US because you are so fucked by your law, its almost as you were living in Africa, Most money = Most power... ROFLBlizzard Entertainment: Terms of Sale
Radonic, Blizzard is not selling a product, they are selling an entartainment service. Can you also watch a movie and ask for a refund within 30 days? I dont think so.
Just like you are buying a service to watch a 3rd party property in a cine, they are selling a license to use their software on their terms. As the ToS states you can just not accept the ToS when you first launched the game and ask a refund within 14 days.

First of all, you wont go to jail. Second of all, its all about what they can prove. They cant shut your account off for nothing, you accualy have to break your agreement. Its proven in court(in Sweden) that having an term that let you ban anyone you want is illigal. So they need grounds on that i broke the agreement and got proof. In Sweden THEY need to prove that I did something worng. Just deal with it... and stop argue as you know anything about Swedish law.Well now you're talking about what they can prove in court and if they can prove it you're committing fraud and will go to jail. You wanna take that chance over a video game ?
