Blizzard isn't going to take you to court on this - if they did they would have to provide their proof of your violation during the discovery process - doing so would give definitive answers to how everyone is being detected. A judge isn't going to give Blizzard a pass on that to keep their methods secret.

Well in Sweden we have right to refund pretty much everything within 30day after the buy. You can buy a car and take a dump in it and claim that it doesnt really work properly. Then its the car dealership that have to prove that there isnt something wrong with the car. So it doesnt mather if you signed a contract, the law are still greater then the contract, atleast in Sweden. Ive worked with selling products for quite some time and i know exactly what the law in Sweden states so... I can only speak from where i live, but i think its pretty much all the same for whole Europe.

can you refund movie tickets if you go into the movie theater and get kicked out for bringing your own drink?

Can you refund a rubber(You know the thing that goes on your penis for sex) after you open the package and try it on?

Can you refund an apple after you eat half of it?

Those laws do not apply to all things. Those laws you talk about protect people from being taken advantage of. This may be to your surprise but the same laws protect the stores in most places from people like you.

Im would never bother take my time, and ive not been banned. I would just buy a couple of new accounts and continue, simple is that. But calling me a scammer is just wrong. If i would do that in US i would be a scammer, but not in Sweden. So get over it and thinking that US is the world or something.

Just look at Bosland, he lives in Germany and he can fight Blizzard. EU laws are not like US laws...

First just because you are doing it in Sweden does not change the moral aspect. Second you still are LYING in order to return a SERVICE.

Bossland did not win vs blizzard. He just did not lose. Even if he wins distribution rights in Germany, they can still BAN us at will. BECAUSE they own the hardware that is running the game servers.

Innocent only is applicable in a court of law, or when you are charged with a crime in a court of law. You are using Blizzards hardware, this falls under neither of those two categories. They have every right to deny you service for what they consider adding undue stress on the network.

This is false, blizzard would not take you to court. Your CC company would, and all they have to prove is that you lied. That would not be very hard. Since they have logs of you doing stuff online with your account.
