i wouldnt bot on US and EU, they catch more people on EU then you lose that account entirely
 
I was live in court today and I think Bossland has to review the situation with their lawyer until they can really decide to start the sales of Demonbuddy outside of germany. The injunction cleary stated that they may prohibidden to sell their "software" within germany. The court didnt arrove in a decision yet, it is postponed up to next week (TBA).

the court has to review the statement of both parties involed and the judge told both lawyers their are a little short with ppl working there due too the "summer holidays" *pfff*
blizzards attorney was a wimp in my point of view he wasn't really involed with the logic behind the game, gameplay and micromanagement with the auctionhouse. Blizzard would never settle an agreement with bossland I think.

I guess it is really neccessary to push the whole lawsuit up within the judical authority to be able to plead and call an opinion from an expert or sth like that.

Last thing I now is that some "other" 3rd party automatization software delevopers were been already shut down with an lawsuit

Yep, i dont curently have the rig to run both GW and D3 more then what i have at once.... so probably by then if i earn at this rate il buy a separate one for GW only and buy more if the market in GW works fine, cause its a hell lot different from other MMo's
 
Well this only means one thing, if the bot wont sell more licenses yet, they cant double our licenses yet therefore the gold price will stay where it is :p the moment they open market it will go down down down and down again ^^.

So this thing has 2 parts a positive one and a negative one depends on ur perspective and ofc on how many licenses u got in the first place ^^
