Its not your D3 settings, its the AutoFollow Plugin. Unfortunately Phelon has little control over it unless he wants to write his own one. So for now we just have to deal with the crashes =[

It works fine if you are using my AutoFollow fork. I am getting about 1 crash per hour across all 4 bots atm.

Because they need more testing. Even 1 per hour is too many.

I agree. I'm just being impatient after buying all these licenses haha.

I'm going to take this time to make some wizards for farming GR keystones i guess.

CAnu link me your yar pls.

I am using the same YAR as everyone else =)

3 Hours no Crash. I think I got it fixed. With as much time as I am spending on this shit, I should sell it lol.

@Phelon Have you considered going Melee with the Necros? Given how Autofollow always tries to melee position followers....

I gave it a try , simply switching Zei's to Powerful, and while the damage was lower, the added survivability from staying within inner sanctuary healing range allowed for almost all avoidance negating...all but molten core.

Seemed worth it, but another opinion on it might be good to have!

For information purposes, I'm farming 95 (average 3 mins left) on 4-man, Zdps monk and triple dps--> skeleton mage rathma necro, hydra wiz and Impale DH. Not the best composition, but it shows how promising this is.

It's the exact same Bantou Rathma faceroll build.

https://www.thebuddyforum.com/threads/necromancer-rathma-faceroll-glass-cannon-gr-100.402497/

If you wanna try the melee necro, switch Zei's to Powerful, Stricken or Esoteric. Reduce autofollow distance in settings to 5 or 10, and reduce range checks within bantou's routine to minimum versions.
There are additional benefits to the melee group builds. Oculus rings will be much more often available to the group DD since they will be clumped and the buff zones will always be at melee or very close. It's really noticeable.

About the routines I use, tried Phelon's and Bantou's, and apparently Phelon's is too specific, allowing no change at all. As an example, Devour is used as an aura, while bantou's allows us to use specific runes as it passively checks for corpses and uses devour whenever needed. Also, Phelon's prefer to use Simulacrum over Land of the Dead, which I'm not convinced of.

Bantou's seems more versatile overall; Phelon's will get there, but it will require time.

Disable all avoidance except for Molten core. (keep that one at 100% cause it still oneshot us). Anything that doesn't oneshot you can be withstood when within Inner sanctuary and cyclone strike healing range.

For this particular melee group build, coming to the Monk, istvan paired swords are considerably better than the thunderfury combo that Phelon is advising, since attack speed is directly translated into heavy healing. APS should be =>3 on combat, and 5 or around when Flying dragon procs.

SKILLS / RUNE changes for the monk: I do switch Inner Sanctuary rune to Safe Haven; even some folks prefer Temple of Protection , the aded healing to the melee necro is better . Also , on the Monk passives, Seize the initiative is absolutely needed.

Get a good useful hellfire amulet with one of the 6 useful / recommended passives, that will always be better than putting Ess of Johan on the cube slot- switch the cube to Overwhelming desire and equip the Hellfire amulet.

The ZDPS phelon routine will work perfectly even with those changes.

Those values are appropiate for my necro with my current stats / gear, but the avoidance part is very dependant on your gear. I'm using Dante's binding and decrepify, which means 50% + 30% additional damage reduction; tried with other curses (frailty, several runes) but the reduced survivability didn't allow for it.

I'm afraid that with the amount of defensive options available to Necro, every player needs to test which one is the better combination for him; too many variables to follow a cookie cutter spec.

About the leader part, the ZDPS is always the leader, in any group.

Feel like this would be able to go 105+ with the meta comp supported
Tra'gul Necro (Boss Killer)
LoN Witch Doctor (Hooooge AoE)
Support Barb
Support Monk

My necro's stay out of melee a lot of the time. Depends on the topography really. They should only move to the mob if not in LoS, but it should always try to target a mob in LoS. I am currently farming 95s also with 2x necro barb monk. I need more dps and 2.7M dps isn't cutting it. I want to switch over to Trag Ouls on one of my guys but I do not have the gear to do it yet even at 1200 paragon.

Phelon, can u put ground stomp into barb zdps build?

Monk is always the leader. Are you using Ground Stomp for Health Globe Generation?
