General discussion about bans

Hello everyone,

2 days ago i lost 6 botacc during their job with universal fight. At the same time i was onlin with my mainacc, but on a clean laptop. i lost it too, but i dont know why, because he wasnt botting so far. But the best is the following: My girlfriend lost her account too, but she was the hole day offline??? thats very difficult to explain i think. Can anyone help me i tried to get my accounts back but no reply. only at my main acc they say me two times that it stands in their log data. Now i wrote to another support in englisch ;)

You have any ideas what to do??
 
Does anyone know how long you are on TRIONs watchlist after a ban? When will they IP ban? Say one name gets banned, should you stop all of the others and wait a week? Will they not investigate the IP unless you appeal the ban?
 
On what level, where did it happened?
There are some places where questing plugin gets stuck(marianople for example, pretty sure they can ban one after another in the place where plugin ends questing in hellswamp etc), so maybe they catch them there?
 
I personally found a good tip if you're botting multiple accounts using the questing from 1-33.

NEVER make more than one of the same race and start it at the same time. For example, you should never make 3 haranis and have them all start from level 1 and initiate the quesitng plugin. It is better to make ONE harani and ONE firran and then you should be okay. Let the firran and harani level to about 10-20 on their own and then start a new account and make another hirran and another firan. This way is MORE secure because I noticed that if i make like 2-3 haranis and 2-3 firrans all in one go and have all 6 of my bots run the auto-quester they will ALL get shut down at the same exact time.

Of course, this is all triggered automatically by their SYSTEM. There is NO GM sittin at the beginning watching you because its a waste of time.
 
I had 2 bots farming skeletons in perinoor on kyrios activate gm detection and recall home tonight, no bans but beware the wave might be coming cause this is how it started before the last banwave.

What plugins you use, or what you do with ArcheBuddy ingame : Just using the labors for my main char. I used the Aion Miner plugin 2-3 times, but i was always behind the screen, never doing some bot move or whatever.
Did you use different IP addresses : No but having multiple accounts logged in from a single IP address or registered user is allowed.
Any another information that you consider relevant : I haven't been banned when i logged on it. It was just after i disconnected. I never used the glyph launcher. I had a patron.

I already contacted Trion, they will not move a finger. They won money here and ban without showing some proofs, is is legal ? Can i make a website, selling service and saying yolo :"you break my rules, you are banned" even if there are no proofs and keep the money ?

I didn't got banned but just wanted to say that there are some GM's face checking things. I saw in the past 5days 12times a gm on my radar and that is a lot. Compared to the time before it was like 1-2gm's in 1 month.
 
What was the time when they appeared?
More on weekends in the evening or it doesnt matter?
Because I didnt see one for a long time..
If I got banned it was always offline ban.

How are you radar checking them?

just a radar plugin that I'm not allowed to upload because of buddystore rules etc.
It will just show everything that is near me (100-150m) and highlight the stuff I'm interested in for example GM's black pearls etc.

Those GM's where online between 8-17pm -7GMT from monday - friday.
