[PAID] [Priest] Insanity - An Advanced Honorbuddy Shadow Priest Routine [PvE/PvP]

its realy nice how i with pvp gear and reforged to 15% hit and topping the shadows with pve gear :DD i canot wait to get pve gear to raid with this CR too in HC raids too, i never enjoy raiding like befor since Insanity & Demonic change my opinion about pve and how its boring pve is ! thank you and thanks to HB team great job guys .

Also in single target it does cast mindflay but it will only clip on last tick of mfi. if you are testing on target dummys with aoe enabled like the four in vale you need to set your high aoe to 5 and it will cast mindflay when it has a chance. Dont know if you are using aoe hot keys but you need to be for single target. if you disable aoe it will single target and cast mindflay. what also affects mindflay not casting is the amount of vt you have set to cast because it will on say 4 targets try to swp dot all and vt on 3 of them this takes a lot of time and does not leave a lot of time for casting mindflay.
This routine is not perfect by any stretch tuanha's is still way better for multi dotting but if it is correctly setup it is very useable.

nah i dont think so i spent soo much time with this CR , for multi dotting is one of the best part in this CR never have problem with it when you setup it very good too .:)
btw i was last time in lfr with the prim one and i didnet see this issues what you talk about it

Going to take some time over the weekend and have a detailed look at what it's doing then i'll pm you logs and idea's if thats ok.

Pushed a fix to help the bot dismount better with BGBuddy.
 
Finally found out why the routine had random FPS loss. It's been fixed, and added as an 'anti-lag' setting on the advanced tab.

Should see little to no FPS loss now when running under framelock :)

i am very damn happy this was most of my huge shadow problem with framelock on from most of the CRs out there well , now its working good in insantiy when talented from darkenss comes light the fps zigzag drops is gone for me i do now with pvp gear on multiplie targets konstant 130k - 140k dps with framelock on and ist not droped under 100 fps(tested on dummys) , thats make me soooo happy exactly for pvp rbgs etc dont have this small lag spikes shuttring etc and its in the past now i see this CR now as beast with the last update milz well done and thanks your hard work and patince too

when you do the test for multi targets dots in ogrimmar there is 4-5 targets , than go into the CR under dot mannager settings set the ( minimum targets health value to dot to zero 0 ) and enjoy the destroying as shadow :D! . first time i didnet know it than play lilttle bit with the value ha the dummys have very low hp i think 1 .

edit make sure you set by high aoe the vlaue higher than 4 , i have it at 15 to not use mindsear just to test the wohle multidots system.

Yeah, set to 0 for dummies, but change back for PvP/PvE - because you don't want to cast fresh DoTs on a target which has barely any HP left and is close to dying (waste of dps).

- Dismount code will now activate when movement is enabled, rather than it being decided by which botbase is in use, but is disabled for Questing.
- Added toggles for Addon usage, and printing out in-game text (disabling these may fix Honorbuddy hanging when toggling settings with hotkeys).

Hm what's the default value for these because min has allways been set to 0 for both VE and SWP.

SWP: force refresh 3000 ms, refresh time on dot 16000 ms, dot power value 50%, max dots 4, minimum target Health 0
VT: force refresh 4500 ms, refresh time on dot 12000 ms, dot power value 50%, max dots 3, minimum target Health 0

The above is what I run with - I only use it for PVE.

Then I have prioritise VT > SWP at 70%
>5 spam mind sear keep VT at 70%

Would like to know what's the optimum settings for pve?

Thats a very tricky question mainly because there are a lot of factors like gear/stats and latency and what your computer is capable of. In all honestly your need to spend lots of time testing to see what works best for your gear/setup and use those settings because what works well for someone will prob not work for u unless you have the same gear/computer spec and latency.

^ This. There isn't a perfect setting (otherwise I'd set it as default).

Take into account your own raid team...

Let's say there's 6 DPS in a 10 man heroic, and everyone does AoE damage at a steady 500k spread between 5 targets.

That's 100k per person, per target, per second. So that's 600k dps against one unit.. Let's say we want SW: P and VT to last at least 6 seconds each.. it's 600 * 6 = 3.6m HP.. I'd round that up to 4m.

In LFR I just roll with a standard 10m minimum HP value.
