7 out of 9 Accs banned Botting.

Thanks for the appeal tips. For anyone else, I simply claimed I had no idea what happened when I got disconnected and I seemed to get the same copy+pasta response from the GMs.

Following a review of your case, I can confirm that the evidence presented was correct, and that the subsequent action taken was appropriate. Our decision in this matter stands, and will not be overturned.

Your account will be temporarily suspended for 72 hours. Please be advised that if we find that you are using third party programs again further disciplinary action will be taken on your account which could include permanent account suspension.

2/4 banned perma
appealed and 72 h suspension... what you are doing now with that accounts? well, gathering will get them banned again very fast.
 
US acc banned 6 days ago using gather bot, after 2 appeals the acc was un banned just 2 days ago, i used the " i don't even know what a bot is" and i have never ran through walls unless it was a glitch. They were trying to say they had proof i was botting so in the second appeal i asked for them to show me proof of what toon was botting and what time, i added that i farm mats all the time for auction house sale for gold so i can buy upgrades like enchants and gems. This is what i got in my last email after it was resolved................The status of your Customer Support ticket #............ has changed to ?Resolved.?

After thoroughly reviewing the action taken against the license, we have removed the previously communicated penalty.

Though this penalty has been removed, please take a moment to review our policies (Blizzard Entertainment:Blizzard Legal Documentation), as we use them to evaluate behavior in-game. Future violations of these policies or the Terms of Use may result in action being taken against the license.

The only safe thing to do is to open another account and transfer te char with gathering professions there. In this way thay will ban again 72 hours (tested)

But i think that the whole bot has to be rewritten because it is higly detectable right now, when they decide to run the bot machine, everyone with gatherbuddy on get banned.

I was using another bot for AH with another account and it survived the banhammer with no problems at all.

That's the smartest answer ever.
By my side I bring the fact that lot of people got banned on their farming account for the third straight month.

By your side what do you bring?

Don't always act like nothings happening, I do not want to be catastrophic, but this seems an issue and, when solved, we would all be more safe botting
 
Dude HB is undetectebale. Do you realy think that is hard for them to writte script and count played time, pickup nodes, earned valors/honors, earned achivments, quest done?
 
idk if anyone failed to get their accounts unbanned or at least the 72 hour suspension, maybe they're too ashamed to post it but i'm gonna do it anyway
made a ticket, played dumb, told em i got disconnected and that i dont know what happened i thought i was hacked or something and they asked for a photo id to prove i'm the owner, i'm surely not gonna give them that cause i dont know what they wanna do with it first of all and second i didnt use my real name on the battle net account or the real country so... that account is a goner

So in other words, HB is undetectible but botting isnt, so use HB but dont bot xD
 
Selber schuld wenn ihr eure acc unbeaufsichtgit lasst und keine Abwechslung beim botten macht..Hauptsache ewig lange botten Kohle scheffeln und verticken...

I didnt say that. I am saying they cant detect bot but they can detect botting behaviors and patterns. At least that is what I am belive, doenst mean is it true.

Laber keine Schei?e, auch dich kann es treffen. Hattest halt Gl?ck. Ich wurde nun auch Monatelang in ruhe gelassen von Blizz und nun kam halt der Ban von 2 Farmer Accounts sowie einem AH Bot. Profile wurden bis zu 2x t?glich getauscht, pausen hab ich mit reingenommen beim botten. Wenn du nix schlaueres zu sagen hast, verzieh dich.
 
How do you guys manage to unban those perm bans?
Tried it and failed in 4/4 cases :S
