7 out of 9 Accs banned Botting.

Whats startegy did you use ? The "wtf i've never botted" or the "i'm sorry i've done this" ?
Goldstrome: I sent exactly same letter again... and after 5 minutes I got new answer from another GameMaster
Thunderball: I used strategy WTF but anything about botted..
I asked why i cant play and i am sure that i didnt made anything bad. And i want to play... *** In better english and better sentences

Got banned too, farming herbs account.
Perma banned reverted to 72 after only 1 email asking for clarification (I hadnt received any email, but account was closed.
I think that it is not safe to use this HB since february, and i dont know if i will risk again, it is my second account banned in a month

8/10 acc's banned 16/04/13!!!
8/10 banned at the same time like others!
THAT WAS A AUTOMATED SUSTEM BAN! the acc's tha twas online got banned! i had 2 other acc's that stoped last night and i didnt log them today! this 2 acc's are still active with no problems!
they have found a new way to track GB2 and they are testing it!!!!
i got my acc's back with 72hrs only!
i had unmerged acc's and normal acc's from Battle Cest to Cata to MoP!
this is what they answer me to one of the tickets!

Your account was suspended due to use of third party programs, which is against the Terms of Use (Blizzard Entertainment: Battle.net Terms of Use), the relevant part of which can be found in this article :

When running, the World of Warcraft client may monitor your computer's random access memory (ram) and/or cpu processes for unauthorized third party programs running concurrently with World of Warcraft. An unauthorized third party program as used herein shall be defined as any third party software, including without limitation any addon or mod, that in Blizzard Entertainment's sole determination:
I. enables or facilitates cheating of any type;
II. allows users to modify or hack the World of Warcraft interface, environment, and/or experience in any way not expressly authorized by Blizzard Entertainment; or
III. intercepts, mines, or otherwise collects information from or through World of Warcraft. In the event that World of Warcraft detects an unauthorized third party program, Blizzard may
a) communicate information back to blizzard entertainment, including without limitation your account name, details about the unauthorized third party program detected, and the time and date the unauthorized third party program was detected; and/or
b) exercise any or all of its rights under section 6 of this agreement, with or without prior notice to the user.
The use of such programs or files is clearly unfair to the World of Warcraft community playing regularly and is not tolerated on our servers.
Following a review of your case, we can confirm that such program has been used on your account, and that the subsequent action taken is appropriate. We would not look to enter into any further communications on this issue as the matter is now considered closed.
Please be aware that if anything like this happens again your account will most likely be permanently suspended with no possibility of it being reopened.

What exactly did you say in your appeal? I'm in the same boat and I'm not sure what to say.
i'm not gonna post my exact post obviously but just dont admit that you used 3rd party stuff and are disagreeing with their actions i kept my ticket small and simpel

Same for me, first time ever banned.
Just be neutral, dont admit that u botted and dont say u didnt, just act like u dont know what happened, so you can turn to one or the other side, if needed.

i successfully turned a perma to a 72h to one of my SoR tried on a second one and they asked me the ID of the owner of the account, will try to unban my 3 others sor using a different IP, guess it depend on the personn who treat the request
If you have lots of sors on a bnet account, dont show id! I tried it and now my other sor account has been temporarily disabled.
