Witch Doctor - Game Guide - Diablo III

In my opinion this is most safe and effective build for Torment 6 when you use BOT.

Gear:

Head: Mask of Jeram > INT / WIT / CC / Socket - diamond to reduce cooldown
Shoulders: Aughild's Power > INT / WIT / Armor / Life %
Amulet: Mara's Kaleidoscope > DMG / INT / CD / CC
Torso: Aughild's Rule > INT / WIT / Armor / Socket x 3 Topaz (Secondary > Life after each kill)
Wrists: Aughild's Search > INT / WIT / Armor / CC (Secondary > Reduces ranged attacks, Reduces melee attacks)
Hands: Tasker and Theo > INT / AS / CD / CC
Finger: The Tall Man's Finger > DMG / INT / CD / CC
Finger: Unity > INT / CD / CC
Waist: Captain Crimson's Silk Girdle > INT / WIT/ Armor / Life % (Secondary > Life after each kill)
Legs: Captain Crimson's Thrust > INT / WIT / Armor / Socket x 2 Topaz (Secondary > Life after each kill)
Boots: Illusory Boots > INT / WIT / Res all / Armor
Mojo: Uhkapian Serpent > INT / WIT / CC / Reduce cooldown
Weapon: Rhen'ho Flyer > INT / Mana reg / Socket - emerald (Secondary > Life after each kill)

Follower: Templar > additional healing

CC: 60%+
CD: 450%+
AS: 1.60+
Life: 500k+
Armor: 9k+
Res all: 1.4k+
Reduction cooldown: 30%+
Movement speed: 25%

DPS 1.6kk+
Toughness 10kk+
Healing 15k+

As you can see i don't have elemental bonuses because it's not needed. I think the most important thing is Thoughness and damage reduction for T6 boting :).

1. I am using Plague of Toads - Addling Toads to confuse enemies to take control over them.
2. Unity - must have :).
3. Uhkapian Serpent > additional damage reduction.
4. Summon zombie dogs - Life link > additional damage reduction.
5. Cooldown reduction 30%+ > when you don't use Grave Injustice + Thing of the Deep CDR is needed because BOT can use more often Spirit Walk.
6. Higher Thoughness and damage reduction is recommended to keep bonuses from Reflection Pools.
7. BOT die only sometimes on Fields of Misery when try find Khazra Den (0-1 time per hour). Sometimes BOT run like a idiot few times in the same direction and back and this is reason why BOT die. BOT avoid battle but still die in this dumb way on Fields of Misery :).

P.S.

Last 16h play > 0 deaths + max bonus from reflection pools.

you can try my weighting.cs. i think its Fujiyama's version updated to my preferences a little bit. never noticed any problems.

Is this worth using without illusion boots? i am doing t5 w/out them and hellrift 2 bounty generally ends in alot of deaths due to level 1 elites
 
maybe i will just continue doing act 4 bountys till i stumble across some illusion boots
 
it bugs when u change level like when u are eg. 114 and get to 115 ddb stats bug.

i dont use swarmed for illusory boots. i use them as my default boots.
yeah well if you look at the profile there are like 1000 things blacklisted. i couldnt get it all. look up the snos and ill add it. overall it should happen rarely though.
are you using the newest fields of misery profile? if you are using one that i posted sometime afterwards there might be some blacklists missing. you can open both profiles and add the blacklists from the newest profile.

yes. there are two versions:
new 1st page
old 9th page

if you are using the old version the blacklist might not be the same. i dont remember. do it yourself.
 
finally found Ilusory boots..Now I have 1 issue as barb...how can I edit gearswap code, that it will consider swapping ilusory boots only while combat=false, cause as LeapQuake barb atm sometimes in the middle of the fight bot swap boots, thus dps goes down the toilet without Lut Socks (allow for 3x leap) :)
 
I got like 6m toughness, i mostly just die on the way to the bountie but overall very good profile so far :)

gearswap extreme. illusory boots as default. lut socks on leap cast with a skill window of 3.25 - 4 seconds depending on your latency.
