I can admit the above, after the bans I called them, and asked politely to add 1-2 days of gametime to few of my accounts, which was frozen since WOD launch, and they did it after 4-5min of investigation (On accounts which were GB2 mine/herb botting in MOP for long 2 years), and they had no WOD Trial, due to I used them for a short Love Is In The Air seasonal mount farming.I have never had any trouble, calling, getting a call back, getting a live chat representative or getting a meaningful support request answered by blizzard. This company doesnt treat it's customers like shit at all, you did the wrong thing. deal with it.

But I had faced hateful GMs too, some of them even write in their personal panel that they are bot-hunters, bot-haters etc., and they generally refuse to do anything generous (along the lines) for you.
