imo the easiest and most efficient way to make gold, is of course mining/herbing.

When you mine/herb and sell, there is no risk, no time invested and no complicated alt switching, all u do is farm, post, profit.

Raw materials might not be the most lucrative but, if you bot, time is obviously precious to you, otherwise you would farm yourself.
so, what i do is just AH my raw goods.
i dont make 20k a day but i make like 6-7k per day on a level 81 farmer in uldum.

Say what you wish, i tried it all and this is the only thing that worked well FOR ME.


but of course if you can spend the time babysitting your professionbuddy bot as it DE's hundreds and hundreds of items over a few hours then go for it you might make more money that way

Man don't bot in uldum, its a botters worst nightmare there. Just look at the Ban Section like 70% of them botted at uldum.

Well, it's 70% which are caught in Uldum, however it will be 90% (including myself) of that Forum botting in Uldum.
So I don't think that it's done by just saying "its because of Uldum", as it isn't...
If everyone changes now to Twilight Highlands you will have 70% Twilight reports.

I'm about to start going for the insane title, throughout the long post on here guys are saying they cant get that many and can only buy them in trade for 30-50g apiece. What cc do you use and where do you bot?

Does anyone know of an addon that can scan all the glyphs from the auction house and spit out a list of the most profitable glyphs to make at that point in time? If such a thing exists ? Its so time consuming looking them up manually ... Thanks in advance.

Go to wowpopular and grab the glyphs from there many many peoples buy from that list

mining and or skinning atm..
it doesnt pay off to prospect the ores or even disenchanting items and sell the enchanting mats on my realm..

raw ores(70-100g a stack), and savage leather(100g a stack)/ blackend dragonscales (200g a stack)

I have Enchanting & Mining but only because i'm a level 65 Druid Tank

Mining Mithril means i don't have to travel far to then post on the AH and fly back to mine stuff (i'm lvl 300 mining) takes me around 1 hour to fly to, mine all my bag space full and fly back then post on AH... I do 1-3 hours at a time... Then play without bot and then logoff, thats me done for a day and i've got over 10k at any 1 time... (which is good for a 65)

I've been botting for 12h straight, two times this week. Not a single whisper or anything... In uldum.

I think that a lot of people are staying out of Uldum because of the high banrate. Therefore, not so many people there nowadays. = Less chance.

I used to farm ore all night but then the economy dropped the prices down to 30g a stack and they stay around that area now. Im trying to mess more with prospecting now to see if i can make more money

Same here with the prospecting. Was making good gold and now I'm not. Trying to see if there's a way to get more of a certain gem from prospecting. Carnelian goes great on my server but everything else is junk.

On my realm the shards are so cheap 51 G , dont even think they are worth making on my realm?
And ores about 31 g , not sure what to do to make gold on my crappy realm..
Botters love to undercut like 20G on my realm...

The only profs that make people real golds these days are the following

-Gathering Profs - all of them. Herbing, Mining, Fishing, Skinning
-Alchemy - pots are always in demand
-Cooking - buff food is always needed and few people have maxed out cooking, as it is very underrated
-Enchanting is always nice as you get mats for free in LFD
-Inscription makes money at the start of an xpack, then it's trash, but if you already have herbing, it's nice to have that one too. You maximize your profits when a new xpack comes so why not ?

Other profs - waste of your time and mats. Raids, LFR and LFD already offer better gear than what the other profs can offer, except for maybe Engineering, which is a great choice if you are oriented at BG PVP and world PVP.

mysterious fortune cards sell the most for me 55-60g for a stack of 10. since economy is so bad i have cut back on botting a lot though.
