mp 10's health is increased by x34, thats times thirty four. yes, 34!

and exp is only multiplied by 5, five. yes, 5!
item chance is multilplied by 3, three. yes, 3!

you do the math!

34x hp multiplied mobs with 200% increase in damage with only 5x increase in exp and 3x increase in loots.

even the godly toons who actually play the game that stream dont farm at mp10, they stay at mp2 most of the time when they farm! and you want your bot to run mp10. wat?

higher mp - higher chances for item bonus drop , ofc you will have more rares/legs on higher mp , go ahead and farm mp5 3 hours , and farm mp 0 3 hours , you will see mp 0 - 1 leg per hour , mp 5 - 2-3 legs per hour , learn to think logic god damn it

ofc you wont see any diference between mp0 and mp1 because mp1 increase 1% bonus item , but mp5 36% bonus item drop ( that means any mob have 36% chances for a secondary item drop that might be rare / blue or leg ) , trust me all boters would like to bot higher mp but you have to invest bilions in a char to farm mp5 with this bot ( he die a lot because he doenst play like a real human ) , so on short : higher mp - higher CHANCES for more legs.

Everyone knows this, but the real question is that is it truly worth it? MP 5's monster hp multiplies by 6. and quality item drop increases (eg. rare,blue,legendary etc.) increase by times 1.25. the difference is tremendous to make it worth it.
the chance in bonus loot also doesnt equate in much better farming if we're talking about botting. because the probability of the bonus loot drops is not equally spread like "rare/legendary/gold loot/blue" they do not have equal chances, the bonus loot
is only a consolation to the loss of rate that you are already receiving by farming at higher monster powers. you will know this once you compare both bots that is farming at mp5 and one bot farming at mp0 or 1. you will notice that the item
per hour rate is heavily reduced on the mp5 bot than the bot that is farming at mp 0. not only that but you also lose exp per hour,gold per hour and most importantly legendary per hour because of the fact that there are less items being thrown out over the time, even with the x1.25 extra chance and the bonus loot. therefore it is not profitable to bot on mp5 than it is to bot at mp0. It has already bee pointed out by blizz that it's not efficient to farm at higher MPs it is only there to pose a challenge
and to feed the ego of those who need it.

to invest billions of gold to a bot would be dumb,thoughtless and illogical.

dont let the flashy bonus loot or the miniscule increase in exp and magic find fool you. less is more.

Items found in higher MP levels have a better chance of rolling better stats. Source is from their guide and various blue posts on forums about it lol. After the next batch of bans, I'm considering investing more into my character to bot mp3-mp5 just to see if the payoff is greater.

yeah, the trade off is higher chance to roll high numbers, but what sucks is it doesnt really higher the chance of rolling the needed stat. example, you get an IK chest on mp10,and it rolled gold find% and since its mp 10 it has a big chance to roll a top end gf, but it also has the chance to roll a low end gf., so you still need good stat rolls which in this case (IK chest) is str vit. and that is hard to get and the chances to get the right stat is all equal on all MP levels.

switched my 3 barbs to mp3 mp2 mp1 (from mp0) - about same numbers, lower iph but .89 .97 and 1.06 legs/hr - forget what leg was at before lol ill switch back it seems the lower mp has higher leg/hr

plvl 35 barb running mp3. I just do it for the XP, gold, and to see how long my account will actually last.
 
mp0 is that popular? not sure on how to add it to the poll, but i would love to here more on why mp0 would be best.

Easier kills = Quicker XP = More Items Dropped Per Hour

Personally I run MP2 for all bots. They're geared enough so I lose no gph or iph; better mf as well which has lead to much better items.

Hmm, really. I've been reading that the quality of the item doesn't increase no matter the MP. Heard that MF is just to increase the chances of items being dropped, not the quality of the items dropped.

I'm not too sure
