What is considered good exp/hour? How high of GR?

Well yeah, it's fine in group with support. You originally were speaking of solo. Way too squishy for solo play.

its the same as its always been with the only change is to focus on killing elites only and doing a grift tier where you never die and you focus on getting as many rift closes as possible for max xp.

run a regular rift if no xp pools active.

trash settings to zero, elite settings maxed. pick it set to limit the amount of blues and yellows you pick up so the stash doesn't get full in torment rifts forcing a tp to town.

wait for coe cycle, do not wait for coe cycle inside a regular rift.

same items and builds as you see on leaderboards.

find it hard to believe you're doing 200-250m xp/hour. i'm pulling just under 100 running mid 60s in <5m. if you're telling me that bumping my grift up to low 70s will double or triple my experience gain, something is off. either youre pulling those #s with experience pool buffs and you're not counting the time you spend in rifts finding those buffs, or you're exagerating

I was kind of wondering the same. Really tempted to roll a crusader for those types of numbers.. But afraid I will put all that time into it, and it wont end up being much better then LTK monk.
 
every 10 levels your xp doubles. if youre doing 65s in under 5 and im doing 73s in 3-4 then its exactly as it should be lol.

im botting a second account too - an alt for my friend, hes running 61s / regular rift. the account is under 900 paragon and it has dog shit gear, it doesnt even have bombard rolled on its chest. the alt account is getting over 100.

your settings / difficulty is out of wack. For xp/hr I suggest lowering it to ~63 or so until your character is stronger. gl to you.
