Need a log file, but I don't trust numbers from actual fights, as (and i'm not implying anything personal here) a lot of it can be down to the player, forgetting to select a target - being out of range etc.
 
Oh, so having burst mode on the entire time is bad? Had no clue lol what if I just left it on auto mode with no burst hotkey? Would that bring out a higher dps count?

Burst is for doing a quick burst, it's not to be left on. It'll return lower overall DPS if you leave it on. The idea is you nuke a boss, an add pops up that needs bursting down, select new target -> activate burst -> switch back to boss -> disable burst (to continue standard rotation).

What do you mean by doesn't want to use it ? I can see it being used in the logs (and depending on the stats of the DoTs will determine at what point the DoT is refreshed). What's the uptime showing on Skada?
 
Okay, that sort of makes sense I guess. How long do I wait before turning burst mode off? Do I flick it and then off again a few seconds later (aka when it activates DS and IS?)

nah, i reset logs in scada.. it's something like CR don't always use corruption on pull. Switched to Meta, use Doom and then spam chaos bolt. but if i use corr manually - CR use corr after this... i'll try to save only this moment in log tomorrow.
 
Demonolgy and the Glyph of Demon Hunting

Hi Millz:
Is there any possibility that a rotation and settings could be added to enable the use of Demonology with the Glyph of Demon Hunting (i.e. warlock tanking mode)? This looks like a fun play style and I'd love giving it a try. I leave this in your capable hands, and if there's not enough interest to warrant it, then so be it. Just thought I'd throw it out there as an idea. Thanks for a great routine. Makes my 531 destro lock look like an all-star.
 
i really dont get it, testing the prem version right now and the dps of my demo specc sucks really...

I am on 524GS , got the thunderforged lei-shen trinket and fully reforged on mastery...
and sitting here at the raid dummy with 105k dps... with 60 fps framelock etc..
why is he casting just soulfire in the meta phase..
why does my raidmate as demo 300k+ in burst phase with similar gear?

as destro with pure rotation i do abot 150k dps easily on the dummy... but with this cc as demon ..?

Turn it off when you need to stop bursting (or you drop out of metamorphosis form / run out of burning embers) etc.

I'll have to run it myself manually, but last time I tested it I was seeing 99% uptime on Corr/Doom.

There's some basic handling of it within Premium. Need to manually activate/deactivate dark apotheosis.

What settings are you using? 105k seems a tad low, but you aren't going to get the same on a dummy as you will in a raid. Post a log file too please.

P.S - I wrote PureRotation's warlock, mages, shadow priest, balance druid and ele shaman. The logic in Demonic is better than PR when setup correctly.
 
how i do attack the target?
I click on the target and nothing happens
 
Hopefully push some updates today if I can leave the office on time. Worked 30 hours in 2 days, then was back in at 5am today :(

HoG 2 stack change will be my primary aim for today.
 
[07/Aug/2013 - Premium]
- Hand of Gul'dan will now cast so that Shadowflame has a double stack debuff.
 
After this update the error returned: config file has been blablabla...

I downloaded the HB again and updated the Demonic folder again and nothing...

:(
