If you're questing, you should be going shadow spec. It is possible to go with a discipline build though I don't think anyone has bothered with a CC for it. It's much, much slower, anyway. Holy spec questing...excuse me while I go and laugh myself silly.
 
would you consider extending this cc to also include discipline healing ive not found one that works from 1-85 to do instances with that works porperly

Disc Priest CC Works, but you have to set Spells you don't have to 0

uhm that's not the way it is supposed to work. disc is atm not supported (in current release).
And using this CC for Disc, would work basically, but essential spells can't be used, shielding and co is not working how a disc would use it, penance is not supported, pain supression not support .. nothing what is a feature of a disc priest atm

so basic healing would work (heal, binding heal, greater heal, pom)

Yeah figured that out after i tried it it actually wouldnt do anything but stand there and heal himself as mobs beat on him lol . Thanks anyway

P.S there are several cc's for priest but the majority are either lazy raider only or for level 85 only and do not work for lower level priest trying to level.

Hey, I've just put this CC through DS LFR to see how it copes and i have noticed it hasn't used a single PoH which for a holy priest is odd... Is this a setting? Would it be of any help if i post a log? Thanks
 
How does this work in LFR and if anyone is using it successfully could you let me know what settings to change. I don't know how to play my priest but figured I'd start getting him some gear. Thanks
 
With default settings it works ok, it just depends how strong the other healers are in the raid on whether your topping the charts or scraping the bottom. Either way you finish with a respectable amount of healing done.
 
I've tried this with my 380iL gear holy priest with 2 pc T-12 and 2 pc T-13 yesterday in LFR. I was pretty much scraping the bottom on the healing chart (4K-7K) regardless I'm doing tank or aoe healing. Maybe I've ran with some strong healers? So anybody else ran this on LFR and got better result?
 
It does depend on how strong the other healers are, i can be 2-4 mil ahead after a boss fight or the same behind lol
 
Should add Divine Hymn to AoE heal section, especially for dungeons. :)
