pls move the complete folder "UltimatePalaHealerBT" to CustomClasses, delete sgpaladinhealer!

this should fix the GUI problem

Slow healing -> pls. provide a complete log from a fight (i could only see that your toon casted: Inner Fire, Power Word: Fortitude, Renew, Shadow Protection within 4 seconds (faster isn't possible because of the GlobalCD))
After this you tried opening the GUI (failed because wrong installed), and then you stopped

If the GUI is working -> Enable Logging at Welcome Screen, do a complete fight (or raid, or 5m dungeon) and report back with the log.

I reinstalled the CC on good floder, but the heal does not change, is too low because character not cast correctly Flash, Great and PoH in Tank and AOE Healer mode.

Storm already knows about the crashes, it's because it's trying to cast something on the loading screen.
Best thing you can do: Turn off bot when leaving/entering dungeon

To name this "ultimate" is super ridiculous.

I can't say if it is ultimate bad in 5man instances too, but using it with lazyraider in deathwing raid is just a bad joke...6k hps with 374ilvl is just shit. ( no it is not my setup, other bots / cc's whatever just runs perfect)
