Unbanned through Livechat - APPEAL NOW!!

I'm not sure what the big deal is about.

Banned customers -botting or not- will simply leave the game. He has to answer to investors on meetings regarding the drop in profits.

Existing players who are against botting will notice that the prices will skyrocket -they has already started if you check the labor pots which has doubled from this and possibly other reasons- and will realize the company only made their endless grind even harder and will eventually leave.

You have to ban bots but you have to be smart about it:

1.Ban gold sellers

2.Regular hack users or botters get a slap on the hand

3.Land grabbers may get a slap on the hand or fully banned but the land they grabbed should be released and preferably in a public event to gain popularity for the company.

Banning some bots benefits the average joe customer. Banning all bots profits the company but hurts the average customer since prices go up and the grind gets worse and it becomes a 2nd job or pay Trion more money.
 
I know I was doing what I shouldn't be. But my friends who played 100% legit got banned also.

I think honestly they should unbann anyone who actually APPEALS. mainly because gold farmers are use to getting banned so they won't take the time to appeal it. and if they do they would have REALLY poor language skills and it'd be obvious. I say unbann any willing to take the time to appeal.
 
Just tried live chat. It was pretty much a fail. Gave a convincing story. Filled with very persuasive dialogue. They just said "we'll forward it to appeals department and they will get your account fixed.." Etc.. I paraphrased but pretty much they said appeals team will look at it and most likely fix it. Though the appeals department can take up to 2 weeks to respond and that's all they said really.

this is why i stocked up on a stack of 100 labor pots, when they were cheap. Theyre like 3x as much now.
 
Is there anyone that onlye used AB with Radar and got banned and is now unbanned?
The thing is i only used the Radar and got banned. Now some ppl get unbanned. And i really want to know if there is ppl that used AB and Radar and get unbanned allready!

also wow the ceo is lying again, who thought? they said they banned 17k accounts, when jake song said in an interview in 2013 on inven.co.kr that the archeage servers can only hold about 3k people per server due to the limitations of cryengine.

so 21 servers with 3k = 63k people. retract 17k its only 46k left. - yet i thought 2 million people registered?

lol.

oh and they ban 5k people per day, right? so we'll have no players left after 10days from my post i guess?

all bullshit PR moves to keep the playerbase happy. if you blindly trust them like a sheep i feel sorry for you, as critical thinking is an ability all of us humans have.

That's people online, derp. And since 2013, they've obviously done massive improvements to their servers.
