Uggla - A competitive balance routine

This is the best routine I have tried for Druid. It's so simple and easy to configure.
I got one issue after the latest patch though. For some reason when I engage multiple mobs my Moonkin casts all available Starfall in a row, overlapping eachother. Is there a way I can fix this? :c
