That does sound like something that requires his attention; hopefully he will respond here soon, but you can also try his email [email protected]

Regarding the free trials, I believe that Tuanha offers some of the longest trials around the Buddystore. You should be able to see a trial for his rogue CR, for example, at the top right corner of its Buddystore page. If you can't see the yellow trial button, then you might've already signed up for it before. You can check his other CRs on the Buddystore and see their trial buttons to confirm.
 
Thanks for the reply. I contacted him via email and also the trial did appear. I didn't realise I wasn't logged in... I was logged in on HB but the HB store app doesn't show the trial options.
 
Is there an option or can it be added to use will of the forsaken? Unless anyone knows of a plugin? Thanks

Got the same thing, when I login on you .biz site it shows 4 links and some text which says Customer Menu but when I click any of them it doesn't do anything. Please can I use my TuanHA rogue again? :D

Is there an ETA on when they will optimize this CR? Rogues literally have had ZERO top tier CR's for over a year now. There is a demand. Aren't there any developers who like Rogues?
 
I purchased this back before it was on the store.. actually bought your whole package. Where can I get my gift key?
 
i bought the file from bodystore and when i login to the hb it dose not apper at all

How do you turn down the blacklist timer? So after 5 seconds it will move on to the next target/hotspot?
Im running Zaer's Laughing Skull profile and every now and then it will afk and just spam feint. and If I take feint out, it just stands there.
 
i bought the routine but when i logon to HB it does not ask me wich routine to use. Singular (hb standard) loads automaticly. how do i change routine?

Hi guys,


Legion Pre-patch just released, and as we all expect, this combat routine will not work because of all the class mechanic changed.


As in Legion, we are rewriting the whole Combat Routine framework, it look promising with include responsiveness, more precise spell usage and better performance.


However the new framework require a lot of work and we expect it will only ready in mid August, 1-2 weeks before Legion Expansion official release date.


I'm sorry for the delay, we are working around the clock and hopefully it will server you well in both PvP and PvE in the next expansion.
