I'm using this, and it's working perfectly fine for Questing. Excellent Combat Routine.

My only issue, I have spec'd my Paladin into Eternal Flame (45 level talent), This spell replaces Word of Glory and is pretty useful IMO. It places a nice HoT on you, or the person you cast it on. It does not seem to be casting this, ever.

As holy, I've been asked to use Sacred Shield on Bladelord H for the Wind Step debuff. How smart is SS? Also my tank uses SS, so will mine work well with his? ie won't try and overwrite it? I prefer EF of course, but have been asked to use SS.

On a seperate note, LoD is crazy good on some fights. I've ranked high on WoL on every single boss encounter using a LoD and/or 1 EF blanket set up. Ace99ro was just reporting to us what he was told by a top holy pally, and if you actually do check WoL logs, you will see there is some truth to it, however I wouldn't do it with less than 4 pc pve, 10k spirit and probably 500 ilvl.

one question, is it recommended to have that 4 pvp set bonus for pve aswell?! due to this EF thing? just wondering as everyone is talkin about it since i was on vacation for 3 days...

well in 25 man i would say yes, it brings u the highest hps possible for blanketing, but in 10mans u need to have alot of single burst heals also, wich u wont be able to sustain with pvp gear. perhaps if u have 500+ on ur other pve pieces and ofc gem/enchant/reforge ur pvp gear into pure pve.

Thanks, I was using that. I was asking about ss, not Hand of Purity. The main concern I have is my ss overwriting my pally tank's ss. (I appreciate the input, but the raid leader made a request for me to do it another way than Hand of Purity)

Does anyone else feel like the Sacred Shield logic is not optimal? I just played 2v2 and the bot is keeping the shield on myself most of the time, although my partner was the target like 90% of the match. May just be me though, I will attach a log next time I play if it happens again.

Current logic on sacred shield is:

PvE: Sacred Shield Tank
PvP: Sacred Shield Flag Carrier/Orb Holder
PvP: Sacred Shield the lowest HP friendly unit
PvP: Sacred Shield the MOST focused player (if all ppl hp are equal)

If i can find any better logic or bug, ill update it soon.

Had issues while leveling with this. Would just stop healing for no reason. You have to disable some spells that your character hasn't learned yet!
Whenever I went below 50% hp the bot would try to use Avenging Wrath, causing him to stand idle instead of saving the day! After that it will work like a charm.

He is leaving things like that out as to not slow down the CombatRoutine with added fluff. He has mentioned it multiple times throughout the thread. He may change his mind in the future but rezzing is easy enough to do manually.

well beacon on debuff player + blankets should be enough, if else i dont know really

Here you go guys, this is my settings, reforges, gems, enchants, specc, glyphs, everything, also please not that DIVINE LIGHT can be changed to higher values for more heavier fights, that is the only setting im jumping around, or perhaps holy radiance for example elegon HC, this settings works fine for EVERY hc boss in entire MSV, and most in HoF(havnt cleared all yet)

EDIT: ALSO Auto beacon of light should be ticked, had it disabled for last boss i killed, u can disable it for certain bosses who requires alot of healing on a specific player, if else keep it bouncing for raid heals

SS has never really worked well for me in 2v2.

I have stated before that it seems to either stay up on me all the time or just stop being cast altogether. Not sure why it is like that but I end up using EF as that is flawless.

The latest version of the CR is doing some funny things with the new post patch beta build of HB. I'm sure you know about most of the issues but it's causing some bad frame lag if anything(even 1 mob) is around. Also in arena it feels really sluggish and seems to be struggling to detect that my partner needs heals.

Awesome tip for EF, it's consistently my top heal in all arena matches.

Switched it to combatbuddy instead of raidbuddy and it appears to be working great again.

Changed from SS to EF and I get spell not learned spamming in WoW the CR tries to apply SS allthough I have changed talent to EF for some reason, anyone else notice that?
