TuanHA Monk - The Ultimate Experience

if u ask for it, i'll ofc post them ;)

here you go.
thats my current patch 5.1 (hotfixed) settings for 10men nhc.

tested in:

Mogu'Shan Clear Run - Result: Mana never under 70%
Heart of Fear - Result: Boss 1 - Mana never under 75-80%, Boss 2 - Mana under 45% when Boss was at ~10%

LFR - MV 1+2, HoF 1+2, Terrace 4/4 - Result: how can some1 go OOM in LFR?:D

/e: I got this results in a raid where the other 1-2 healers knew what they have to do, so it was easier for me to focus on my stuff. If u got some braindead like healers in your raid, it could be possible that u'll still have problems.

amazing stuff right here :)

Used Mosuri's settings on LFR at 475 ilvl just now, and after topping the meters on tsulong the tank offered me a core raid spot in his guild. Don't know anything about said guild, but still. I WAS oom by the end, but I think that has more to do with the fact that there were only 3 healers with heal/absorb higher than the dk tank lol.

Regardless, excellent work all around, especially with all these ridiculous "hotfixes" blizzard is throwing at the class.

nice to hear this ! and gratz :) hope u will gear up fast ;)

Tsulong is a fight where u can get OOM real fast if some1 or you by urself make a mistake, doesn't matter if before or after the hotfixes. the tsulong healing phase can be really hard for ur mana, even if u get every breath of tsulong which grants 20%(?) mana.

I'm pretty sure spheres caused by the mastery don't cost mana.. since that would be pretty stupid to make a mastery cost mana that you can't control. Mastery is clearly better than crit after the haste cap.
Mastery ones are the only ones that are helpful right now - the casted spell of Healing Sphere is still crap. However - in a recent tester build (2-4 days ago I think) I did add in energy healing for both Windwalker and Mistweaver. I haven't received any real feedback regarding it yet. Something you have to remember and realize that while yes - I can have it spam healing spheres on targets so they get healed immediately - that is 100% not viable as no real player could not move their mouse with that accuracy and speed, and would be extremely noticeable and easily detectable. As a result I won't release that, or anything like that. At best - you will get something with some sort of "around target" precision - and with that so - not sure if it is worth doing.

Tsulong has full support - but yes it is a huge mana drain, and with our recent nerfs it is not any better.

I know people don't run over healing spheres, but they could run into them accidentally. I was thinking more along the lines of 25 man raids where it's more crowded and more likely that they'll run over them anyways. It's still free healing. The difference between mastery and crit is minuscule and it doesn't really matter though.

hrm When doing my daily's (vego) everything is sweet apart from it not attacking non aggressive units. (yellow) witch u need to kill to get certain loot from... It just follows then and wont attack.

In the next release, there are several new features including out of combat sphere healing for windwalkers, and a new feature called "Attack Out of Combat" for Windwalkers that will force attack a mob if it is within melee range and you aren't in combat. This should fix this issue.
*should be out within 24 hours pending any big bugs*

I have a source that has said there is more than a 50% chance that they will revert some (if not all) of the nerfs in some way this week. When, and what, I will not speculate.

Ok cheers thanks for that.. I had thought that perhaps there was a blue-post that i had missed... lets just hope your source is correct... because monk healing is really quite shit atm.

Any words on this problem? No option in the public version to turn off the trinkets? And I still see it using Tiger Palm alot... Why is this?

TuanHA did edit the rotation for the tiger palm only needing to be applied once for the buff, ill get him to look into this.

I posted the fixes for this the day 5.1 came out. I do not have access to the public svn so I couldn't update. A major update to the public release will happen within 48 hours.

Have you guys ever considered doing this?

dataGridView1.RowHeadersVisible = false;

Gotta give props to mosuri on his settings just increased soothing to 87 and EM to about 65 and 2 healed 6/6 Vaults and 3/6 HOF with no problems and beat a ilvl 490 pally healer on every fight.

Also props go out to TuanHa and CrazyJosh for a pro mistweaver cr cause I have to fill in for the main group and I aint that good I have only self healed LFR and 5mans.

Hmm what... wait you beat a 490 Holy Paladin every fight!?!?

Tell him to use my paladin CR xD

PS: Just joking, good to know that Monk served you well crazybuz :D

Tuahna's pally CC is AMAZING as holy, used it on my 470 Ilvl holy pally in LFR and was on the top for every boss, thinking of switching my main to pally now that mistweavers are garbage.
