Tuanha, i also have something that i wrote about 2-3 months ago. Brewmaster damage can be much higher. ur cr is not using Keg Smash on Cooldown. Again if u would check some worldoflogs or any similar its scaling higher then every other attack + its AOE.
and ur routine is prefering blackoutkick before kegsmesh,.. and it takes about 10-15 secs that hes using it again.
So rly trust me: Keg Smesh priority has to be higher (also builts 2 Chi). and atm ur routine is spamming to much Jab then Keg Smesh! i know there has to be "Shuffle" from Blackoutkick,. but even when its high ur routine still prefer blackoutkick in front of KegSmesh!,.. and thats wrong.
Also u dont need "Dizzy Haze" in ur UI. Cause its allready coming from Keg Smesh.
Keg Smesh on CD -> Jab when Keg Smesh is not ready -> Blackoutkick

The Brewmaster Monk single target tanking priority involves building and then spending Chi on abilities that improve your damage and survivability. For building Chi, you want to cast Keg Smash on cooldown as long as you have < 3 Chi or if Weakened Blows might drop.
AoE tanking is pretty straight forward for Brewmasters. At 2 targets, continue with the single target rotation and switch between the targets as needed to maintain threat. With 3+ targets, maintain the Dizzying Haze debuff that is applied by Keg Smash
Keg Smash Generates 2 Chi, applies the Weakened Blows debuff (-10% damage), applies the Dizzying Haze debuff (-50% movespeed, 3% miss, works on trash only), and does a cleave damage to adds. Your most important ability for generating chi, and should be used on cooldown.
