Attached is the log you requested.

This is roughly a 3 minute parse on a raid dummy in Two Moons. It only cast Fists of Fury once despite saying it was attempting to multiple times when below my 45 energy threshold and blocking user input.

Any feed back is appreciated.

Used Tyrael, 100 ticks, set per the front page.

Monks do not run out of mana. I run at around 7000 spirit. Its the priority of the spells you use and how you are setup. The most resourceful way to heal as a monk is Uplift Spam in 25m, its even good in 10M.

REM > Uplift > Soothing Mist
Chi Torpedo and Chi Burst when applicable.

I rank top 100 logs in heroic 25M ToT content, but im still not liking the logic in this routine, its very buggy, half the time i force it to do what I can't have it do.

also getting this problem, seeing as how this question was overshadowed by people arguing about stupidity, im going to try and bring this question back. Any chances for a quick fix?

This is exactly what mine looks like. Override after every spell cast, and there's a noticeable delay between ability use, causing energy capping even if I'm at very low haste.

I'll look at Monk tomorrow... maybe something broken when I improve CR for speed 2 day ago.

Well, this is just a statement with no context or query attached, but I'll see what I can do.

HS is arguably the most powerful PvP heal. It's instant, strong, mana efficient, and can't be LoS'd by things like smoke bomb. You can heal through a rogue popping all their CDs with it. It's supposed to be used in PvP a lot, this isn't a bug or anything. That being said, if you find you're running OOM with it, or just think it smells bad and want it to be used less, try going into the settings and turning down the % health that it's set to be used at.

If you were going in a different direction with this, I have no idea what it was, and you'll have to clarify a bit.
 
I just did a full tot clear and i noticed the nimble brew is not working i was stunned many times during the last two night and it did not auto use once. Also frame lock using tyreal was working great a few weeks ago but hasnt been working lately and causes major lag now. Did you remove the ablitlity to use frame lock with your cc? Thier is a clear 10k plus dps loss due to not being able to use the frame lock feature anymore.
 
Hey by ttrapg you still playing? or any other high RBG players? that would be willing to share there settings file!

Posted the above quote a few days back... This still appears to be an issue, leveling another monk and he just stands there staring at the CC'd target... Please add an option to disable or fix the logic so that he doesn't wait until the CC is done.

This is an hb issue. Same shit happens when a mage will cast poly on an add. Maybe tuan can add the option to disable it like you requested.
 
MAJOR improvement for Monk on PvP and PvE

Faster and Optimized code for WindWalker should do more dps. Test on my bad gear WindWalker on Dummy 10 million damage: Old Rev: 57.8k dps, New Rev (337 or later) 63.2k dps
Faster and Optimized code for MistWeaver, better heal and Renewing Mist always use on Cooldown without delay.
Add: Transcendence: Transfer Hotkey (default key is X in PvP mode, OFF in other Mode - because PvP don't need that spell).
That a special key really needed for PvP. Old version, if you spam Transcendence: Transfer CR may use other spell and you never teleported. New version, CR will monitor the Hotkey and stop casting other spell to use it.

I'm playing windwalker. I turned Healing Spheres off, so now that is fine.
But now I have a problem with it getting deserter very often (but that has probably nothing to do with the cr).
