Trinity 2.1.15 and QuestTools 2.1.36

Would it be possible to include an option to use Ignore Pain on Elites? With high CDR in VileCharge builds combined with the Pride of Cassius belt and the Ironhide glyph, there can be less than 2-3 seconds of downtime from having the buff up permanently. Having it wait to be used at low health isn't optimal for this specific build.

An option to include use on Elites or to use on Cooldown (or both!) would be an excellent addition.

If you are using the SWK it will use it. The guy I directed that at said he was using it (and that it WAS spaming his Mantra).
i have tried several times,on 2.1.12,it use Mantra,but on 2.1.13,it don't use mantra...i don't know why...
 
Each and every fucking trinity update is getting worse and worse
 
The only problem i'm noticing is that he doesn't use blizzard on trial rifts,for the rest it's ok!
 
it seems that minimum % chance for gen upgrade didn't work on 2.1.36 too
 
I don't know what has happened since yesterday, My Dh was working perfectly, now he's spending it all and cant place turrets, Weird was there a Trinity update, Ez updater updated something but I didn't check. And my DH thinks hes a melee char :(
Yesterday my Dh was moving fantastic like I was playing, strafing back and forth, saving hatred for sentry placement.

[Trinity][Behavior] If you get this message frequently, you should consider changing your build
[Trinity][Behavior] Perhaps you don't have enough critical hit chance % for your current build, or just have a bad skill setup?

my dh stops any movement for 5-7 sec anytime elite is killed when he should take purple globes from the ground. instead he take 0-1 with again like 5secs "thinking", lefting rest of them behind.

edit: he sometimes "think" in arcane beams and die...

What's the problem?

1) Wizard doesn't cast blizzard in trial rifts.
2) Wizard always try to meele while using blizzard.
3) He doesn't avoid icy circles made by Rime(rift boss)
4) Sometimes he doesn't destroy doors,and then stucks.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Having Blizzard in your spec configuration,i think. But sorry if i'm not precise. :)

What is the expected result?

Cast black hole,blizzard,and then kite the mobs.
Generally,have a proper use of blizzard,with more kiting(even selectable by options,since we don't all use it)

What happens instead?

He doesn't cast blizzard in trial rifts,and,in rift combats,he always go meele to attack with weapon,and casting blizzard while being meele's.
Sometimes he doesn't destroy doors.

Working Use lowest key option
Updated the Minimum upgrade percentage UI drop down to all actual percentages 100% -> 1%
Disabled -15 level difference upgrading (Diablo blocks -15 via the UI)
Possibly some other fixes

Now hopefully he won't just think it's junkmail and delete it without reading >.>

I'm not gonna link here due to any confusion that might be caused since a lot of files have changed plus if you use ezupdater it's gonna override it anyway
