Trinity 1.7.2.12

How can I properly to install the newer plugin? I just copied that rar arhive to DB foldier and replace older version. But it still says Trinity 1.7.2.11 in DB. I don't understand :(
 
I noticed that the recent improvements to Trinity 1.7.2.11 makes my Barb BOT pauses for around 2-3 seconds although I have set the refresh cache at 100 as recommended. Now, my BOT dies very so often at min. 2x in a run and sometimes 6 deaths in MP2 with Paragon level at 90 which, I hope such issues could be resolved. Previously, my Barb's actions were smooth without pauses and is able to accomplish bonus exp and etc.

I noticed that in 1.7.2.11, it was developed in a way that the Barb to wait for a moment to pick up items may be the cause of such pauses.

1.7.2.12 now requires Demonbuddy BETA which I do not know if I should try as I am running the DB official version.

cm wiz plays pretty damn well, teleports all over the show, blasts stuff, looks cool while doing it even.

The one thing it does wrong is evading aoe effects via walking, when its much safer to keep hitting things until teleport comes back up, would it be possible to get a dodge via teleport only button in the wiz panel?

Could you be more specific in regard as to the situation when your barb stops moving?
I was having some similar issues, some of which happened while I was doing other CPU-intensive things without turning the bot's CPU demands down.

I'm not doubting that this may be true, but I thought it was of note that I am using 1.7.2.12 and not using the beta of db. It's working just fine for me and has been for a few days.

I was having some similar issues, some of which happened while I was doing other CPU-intensive things without turning the bot's CPU demands down.

I am running my 2 BOTs with my laptop equipped with 16GB RAM and no other programmes are running. The CPU usage is reflecting 30% and RAM at only 24% or so. But my Barb always pauses its actions after WW or killing, it happens often when there are items scattered around. It stood still when the enemies are making all that hacking and killing!

I'm not doubting that this may be true, but I thought it was of note that I am using 1.7.2.12 and not using the beta of db. It's working just fine for me and has been for a few days.

Based on the 1st thread, it says that Beta version is required when running Questools with the Act3 Inferno rrrix profile. Are you using the same profile?

Anyone botting with Barb encountered issue where your character does not use WOTB even on so called "hard elites"?
Sometimes my bot fires up this skill (arcane, reflect dmg, molten elite mobs) but sometimes he is just whirlwinding them like nothing happens.

Not sure who "recommended" the cache refresh be set at 100, but, it wasn't me :) 300-500 works great and may reduce your CPU % a little. I personally use the default, 300. The biggest thing you can do to reduce your CPU utilization though is a good d3prefs.txt, which is out of the scope of this thread.

Trinity 1.7.2.12 does not require the BETA - only the latest QuestTools does. These are not the same things. Trinity will run fine on any recent release or beta version of DB.

this works with any of loot rulers, right?

No, salvaging options only works with Trinity scoring and File based script rules, not the DB loot rule setting (since you can configure salvaging in those rules).
 
How come nothing happens when I press config under Plugins -> Trinity?
Followed the guide to install it and it works fine in-game, but unable to change any options

OK, I can confirm now that bot no longer recognize elites with reflect damage as hard.
Is this intended or some minor bug got into code?

To help noobs with this, maybe you could change the title text of the cache slidebar in the settings.

Currently it reads:
"Cache Refresh Rate (Default 100)"
 
testing the barbarian tweaks, and its going well so far. i will let you know if something wierd happen :) gl hf
 
rrrix is it possible to implement HOTA-WW build? WW on white mobs and HOTA on elites/rares, goblins and faking rangeds who keep running like occultists.
And if we are ignoring elites or some mob, and these mobs are blocking our path, WW to run through them?

Time to read through townrun.cs to figure out where identification happens...
 
I believe some time in the past town run logic was turned from Trinity to DB itself.
 
yeah reading through I don't see anything specific for identifying. I recently came back to D3 so still catching up on the changes in the last 6 months.

Guess I'll use the short term fix Fallen has in his profile until Nesox hooks us up
 
question: does Trinity x.x.x.12 plugin work with DB 306 or DB.beta 202?

my doesn't seem able to 'start' a game... i can manually click resume.. then bot works fine...
but, won't start.... please advise

hello, why are my bots on open quick to join games even if I did not check that option ?
