Not sure what exactly you mean. Should work for all wow servers (tho i didnt tested for chinese ofc, as do not have access to).

Secondly, i did trial first, but when i launch ( clean install and all ) i can't open the " bot " config.. So i dont see ur gui and everythings??

This is due to formatting issue for specific culture, already fixed and will be on next release build, as soon as got approve by HB Team.
All functionality tho should work fine even without UI.

Unfortunately i do not have any information or influence to HB Team do approvals often, usually it 1-3 business days, but can be shorter \ longer. They do not give any ETA.
Also you can make UI to show by -> set HB Settings -> Language to English.

Hi there, plubot. Thank you for report.

On Launch HB will load BotBase which it remember as selected last time. So if it was Treasure Hunter, it will load it.

However, you can use shortcut for HB with predefined BotBase \ CR loading to avoid this behavior.

Also in most cases long loading caused by HB checking BuddyStore products.

Treasure Hunter itself will load required for it to work information only when it selected in BotBase list.

Looks like your wow client have problems with retrieving data from World Quests, which are require for work. I am not sure can be on china servers they have some difference. PM me in discord to test out with you.

Make sure you do not have checked "Always do PvP towers option" which is on by default.
