yes but can we agree that it would only help hb by adding this into the website? by making them pay for something they were doing for free?

No, I don't believe anyone will agree with you. A fee isn't going to slow anything down, and as everyone else has said that, I don't see why you can't see that yourself.

lol you guys are fighting something that could make HB money and wouldn't harm anyone but blizz, you're the idiot.

how would it harm blizz? 25.00 may seem alot to you but to blizz its toilet paper money if you catch my drift XD

oh great now that all the lazy devs are here you can all dance around the fact that you are just too lazy to start implementing new features by saying "it wont help why try" because you know, your way of doing things were so great. Let's spend another 5 years doing it that way and dismiss any new ideas because it may require 15 minutes of coding.

i personally like the free forums. i see too many forums with a 'pay section' that you can only see after you pay.

i came to buddyforums for the first time and it was the community that convinced me to join. there were so many developers banging out profiles left and right. it was open, no secrecy, no special club you had to be able to afford before you could join.

ive shopped around for other bots, mainly to check out the competition. who knows if they got the right bot unless they are informed about the others, right? the free open community is one of the best things about honorbuddy. what do we actually have to gain by turning away potential customers?

everyone wants to feel special, like they belong, like they know something other people dont. but honorbuddy forums shouldnt be the place for that.

keep this forum open and available to all people, rich or poor, customers and potential customers alike.

besides, blizzard only needs to buy one key. what special ed web developer is going to rewrite the html to include a private forum area for the low price of one honorbuddy key?

and just so you know, ive tried a few other bots, and hb is the best ive experienced. even with all the bugs we get every update, its still over the top.

if you want to talk about crazy money making schemes. tell staff to dump HB32 and create HB64. change the name and charge another 25usd per key. they would make millions because they have loyal customers. that would make much more money than a simple one time 25usd.

its not to feel special though, what good are the people that haven't paid doing for the community? talking about a product they don't own? even blizzard has a system where you have to be an active member in order to comment. This is a botting forum the people who aren't botting are just taking up space. I said leave a section open to the public so the non members can ask questions relevant to purchasing the bot.and make it like the bot, only usable one at a time. Anyone else signs in they are denied.

Harm Blizz? That makes no sense at all.

And no offense to the HB staff here, but why are you seeing blizz as the evil ones in this situation? Blizz is running a business, just the same as the buddy team. Why are you looking to give the HB team more money instead of Blizz? The HB team is clearly just as guilty of these bans as Blizzard is.

None of the CR or profile developers have anything at all to do with the security of HB, other than making their profiles look more human like. All security measures are implemented by the HB team themselves.

As everyone else in this thread has said, it's not a good idea, it won't protect anyone and it's not needed.

because blizzard is "the man" they are no different than the US government in my eyes and anything I can do to go against them is what I will do, I don't like their business practices of "pay me money and I can do anything I want with your computer" and I don't like their rules of "we can do what we want even if you pay us, your account is for rent, you never own it" Blizzard is like walmart and HB is like the mom and pop store that they are running out of business. I talk to devs on hb, blizz employees give little to no personalized comments, most are just pre-recorded messages they give to everyone.

i think ur getting comunity developers mixed up with the actual people who write HB. also im the lazy one? what have you done to give back to the community recently?
