TankLeader 2: What would you like to see?

2. When attacking, directing body of the tank towards the enemy

That's something the bot does now, it points the hull of the tank towards the enemy it is firing at. Right now it's not "smart" enough to time other people's shots so it can turn the hull to a tank which is about to fire, but I might be able to do that too.
 
How are the plugin supposed to be coded?
We are some people who looks very much forward to TL2 so we can plan and code some nice plugins.
Any particular language or?

Why not start WOT via tank leader and the TL checks if wot crashes and just restarts it?
My wow bot used to have this feature.

Your answer is like you allready know, "YAR for DB" or others "HB Relogger Plugin", but it need ability to program with C#... maybe we need to put poor beggar clothes on and go in HB forum... maybe they are not "heartless monsters" as they look like... :o

Thiss! and also, I tested TankLeader 2 Beta and the combat must be improved. Sometimes, it doesn't shoot the enemy where it is right in front of me
 
Hey guys,
just a quick idea: What about banning out tanks? I currently have some level 7/8 tanks i dont want the bot to use, I set my lvl 3-5 tanks for the bot to use but eventualy (when those 2-3 tanks are dead) it's still gonna use that tank and just die instantly and burn money. Could there be a feature to totaly forbid the bot to use certain tanks?

That's a very good idea, will be looking into that!

A better system I can think of is :

1. The bot would actually list all the tanks we own
2. We can set a priority number ( 0 = Don't use that tank, 1 = Highest Priority, higher numbers = lower priority)

- The bot would actually always use the tank that has the highest priority first (assuming the tank is available otherwise take a lower priority)
- If few tanks has same priority then the bot would use one after each other on that priority
 
So 30 minutes of work Check it or leave it the thing is to make the scripting better these are my thoughts !

Ok so for those who don't understand.

It's an idea for a plugin in the Bot it makes it way easier to add ur own personal scripts as i thought it is pretty dumb to record while you are in battle :cool:

Could you add w8 time for hotspots in prfile writing? I'd like to see a commad which makes bot camp on 1 spot for a while and then move on.
 
Maybe some options to start shooting when in some range parameters?
Ex. Shoot when distance is shorter then 300m. The tank won't start shooting after that range.

I just noticed that the bot really get stuck often, I mean it want to go somewhere but there is an obstacle such has a rock in front and he will keeep trying to go throught the rock the whole game and it seems to happen very often. I think you should had a condition somewhere that check if the tank hasn't moved for x seconde when it should have then maybe move to another direction :P or if you can get the rock coordinates then you could do even better :)
 
I woun't mind seeing some more extensive statistics.

Like what tanks are the best earners, its very good to recommend to other people what tanks to farm with for credits.
 
The very first thing I want to see in TL2 is a simple solid working foundation. Strip all the fancy stuff away. Use the layout you created but get it logging in and initializing.
If it fails initialization it should give you the error message and then a text box that says "please start WotClient. Click ok when it is running."
This would eliminate that crash.

get it connecting and then just implement the new navigation engine with profiles. Don't worry about targeting and everything else until you get this working.

once that is working and not crashing add targeting and shooting.

once that is tested and working add the bells and other whistles.

I just want to see a bot that can connect, navigate using profiles and not crash.

If you would be willing to send me the code I could do this. Then once we have a solid base we could move ahead.
