Stuck at Logging In

Step 1) Open a command prompt (Start -> Run, or Win Key + R, and type "cmd" then press Enter)
Step 2) Run the following commands, and record the output of them all.

mkdir C:\PathPingDiag
pathping auth4.buddyauth.com > C:\PathPingDiag\Auth4.txt
pathping auth3.buddyauth.com > C:\PathPingDiag\Auth3.txt
pathping auth2.buddyauth.com > C:\PathPingDiag\Auth2.txt
pathping buddyauth.com > C:\PathPingDiag\Auth1.txt

Step 3) Attach these files to your support thread so that we can diagnose any actual network issues.

Reporting in, after leaving it on 'Logging in...', it just successfully logged in. Not sure if it was a matter of time or whatever the issue was is resolved.

ragnarok let me know if you keep disconnecting after, it worked for me a few times but then died out again.

Not sure if I did this correctly, but attached is a copy of ping output. I had done this earlier too based off of an old post, with the same results.

Shyoden when you made the dir in the first line you put 'PathPingDiaga' , do it again but change the folder to PathPingDiag (its making a directory to store the logs) or just go to C:\ and right click and make new directory.

Reporting in again. After logging in and trying to start HB, it froze and I had to close it. Back to square one now.

your files are in c: \ pathpingdiag ... go to that folder and open those 4 .txt's (those are the logs).. what your are showing is a log of the command prompt you did to get the logs made lol

Anyone with this problem, are you able to log in to buddyauth.com?

It won't connect to the website for me. So I'm thinking the problem of not being able to log in may be connected to buddyauth being down for some people.

some times i can get to buddyauth.com some times ...it instantly goes to my isp's bad dns page...

So yeah all these stuck and logins are a result of a bad connect between East US (me) and you guys

Same for AU as well, pinging the auth servers times out.

The problem is not us; it's the website buddyauth.com being down >.>

Woohoo!

Success! Logged in and tanking. Although BF thanks you for the home cooked chicken. :D
