Step 1) Open a command prompt (Start -> Run, or Win Key + R, and type "cmd" then press Enter)
Step 2) Run the following commands, and record the output of them all.
mkdir C:\PathPingDiag
pathping auth4.buddyauth.com > C:\PathPingDiag\Auth4.txt
pathping auth3.buddyauth.com > C:\PathPingDiag\Auth3.txt
pathping auth2.buddyauth.com > C:\PathPingDiag\Auth2.txt
pathping buddyauth.com > C:\PathPingDiag\Auth1.txt
Step 3) Attach these files to your support thread so that we can diagnose any actual network issues.

pathping auth3.buddyauth.com > C:\PathPingDiag\Auth3.txt

pathping buddyauth.com > C:\PathPingDiag\Auth1.txt
Step 3) Attach these files to your support thread so that we can diagnose any actual network issues.
