I have no issues if they scan the RAM that is being USED, but at no point would I ever consent to allowing someone to scan my whole computer. Even though I have nothing to hide, that to me is like riffling into someones underwear basket.
 
just because you sign a eula, doesnt make it legal for them
here is analogy for all you simple minded folk

sign blizzard waiver saying its okay for them to kill you/ blizzard kills you
blizzard WILL get in trouble, because it is STILL illegal...

This is agreeing with me. It is not a reasonable expectation. I suspect that you meant to be contrary and say privacy *IS* a reasonable expectation. That's where you'd be wrong. Read the EULA.

[2] I'm not trying to lawyer anyone. The supposed out of context """ paste """" is from wikipedia and is about when the 4th amendment and "Search" applies. Someone said that Bilzzard can't search memory because of the 4th amendment. In what way is this out of context?

I'm going to put a cap on this. If Blizzard's EULA stated "##. You agree that Blizzard Entertainment can at any time come into your house, brutally ass fuck you, and bleed you to death without any warning.", that would automatically make it legal? EULA cannot over rule law. Sorry, but everything you say is invalid ;).
