It's not illegal if it's in the terms and conditions. Many programs completely legal scan our computers and sends data to companies. For example, Anti-Virus companies (Norton specifically) holds a database on how many of their users have a specific program and how often it is used.
Now I believe the developers here aren't retarded and would not miss obviously code that scans our computers. Now if it's really well hidden or if the developers here got lazy then it's not our fault. But it's likely that there was a server side update that blacklisted accounts to be banned.

a constitutional amendment can not be changed by an act of congress. it is a two part process and the second part requires approval of 3/4 of the states.
If you don’t want to share that information with them you don’t have to it’s opt in/opt out sort of thing
But they can in no way force you to allow them to scan your computer
I’m perfectly fine, I still have my 7 accounts I started when D3 first released and have not been targeted in anyway
But I’ve blacklisted the blizzard error report server from being able to make requests to send error reports or even send any type of error report to any company.

I’ve always used the latest DB, and played it smart, I use profiles that’s on the forum, but Like I said I don’t stick to one profile for long periods of time like most actually do here

I'm part of society and I'm telling you that based on the EULA I don't think privacy is a reasonable expectation if I choose to install Diablo. They TELL you in the EULA that it can scan memory. After reading that, how do you expect privacy?

This is agreeing with me. It is not a reasonable expectation. I suspect that you meant to be contrary and say privacy *IS* a reasonable expectation. That's where you'd be wrong. Read the EULA.

If you install software that explicitly tells you it scans memory for known 3rd party software and it does that AND you agree to that YOU CAN'T CALL IT UNREASONABLE.

Just to point out you sign away your rights and basically say everything you do on Facebook is no longer PRIVATE information. They own what you write/post/share on your wall.
Blizzard has not been given permission to do any of that.
