i dont know how to tell him to start ALL THE D3 COPIES im gonna go crazy, he works pretty fine but just doesnt want to start more then 1 d3....

im so sad

make a shortcut for every diablo 1 (Diablo III.exe shortcut not the diablo 3 launcher) and add the affic -launch at the end of the "target" line on each shortcut.

it have to look like this : "D:\Diablo\1\Diablo III.exe" -launch

i also did use the Diablo3.exe already (not the launcher)

im not using -launch, since i have a WHOLE seperate d3 game for each bot!!! not only a new exe shortcut

im gonna look now tho, if its gonna help if i make some shortcuts with -launch (im gonna try both, all shortcuts from the same .exe and all from different ones!)

Hi sinterlkaas

Regarding the experimental version and d3prefs and different users.

I believe that after the initial first run of a created clone it utilizes the correct path for this file.
Like: C:\Users\"clone-profilename"\Documents\Diablo III

But the next time (don't remember if I rebooted) you start the bot it will revert to using this path for utilizing d3pref
C:\Users\Default\Documents\Diablo III

This results in the graphics not being reduced because this file is not replaced by Yar.


Furthermore - I fear this might also impact some more critical aspects of Yar.
After initial run I get "access pattern changed" account locked and I have to answer secret question.
As if Yar afterwards uses the default-profile to run the game through and as such doesn't utilize the different registry settings for different users.
Resulting in all my Diablos running through the same user-account.

im gonna relist my problem here " YAR IS TROLLING ME"
it says "all diablo3 copies are running" even tho it starts only one
dont know what to do, and the one it starts, also doesnt run nomore just stands there even tho the bot is @ start

dont know what the fuck is wrong , ive tried anything at this point, to me it seems to be the software i srsly cant tell what im doing wrong (even tried to reinstall the tool, didnt help, STILL THE SAME PROBLEM)

i have tried to launch d3 from the same exe, from the same exe with different shortcuts, from different exes and even from different exes and differentshortcut for each different exe

it shouldnt have to do with that

Reinstall your windows

make copies of your diablo folder and create those shortcuts with the "-launch" parameter for diabloIII.exe.
Then refer the bots you create through Yar to these shortcuts.

Think this might be easiest for you.

Your error is not with Yar or DB - something with your system isn't correct.

use -launch, with each shortcut even if u have 3 different folders.

working fine on 10+ vms and 3 different computers, so the problem is prob. on ur side not on YARS.

You won't be able to launch more than one diablo - UNLESS you do as Crown says.

i think also the problem is with me but i really dont know why or what is going wrong
i can start d3 more then once per hand, and it worked PERFECTLY like a young god until the 293build of db

i also dont see the YAR plugin anymore since that build, ive tried to reinstall db, it didnt fix it too
i seriously dont know wtf is wrong, i just know something is wrong

what i figured out so far is that YAR thinks, all the other d3 copies are already running, even tho they aint
he also tried to start the bot, even tho hes not logged in yet, which causes him to crash the one copy he opens at this point too

well i dont know how related both things are
but i have noticed that if i attach db to the first d3 , dont start it yet, and try to attack the second db to the second d3, it wont let me do it (it asks me if im already running the bot, and cant find the second process)

it might be that this is causing all the reloggers to fail so hard on me, any fix idea???

maybe a fix by changing something with yar?

All ur shortcuts need the -launcher. If not its not going to run more than 1 d3 . Seperate d3 files doesnt mean anything . no matter how , its still 1 d3 installed . So add in the -launcher for all of them should work fine.

for all guys who use trinity routines like me
go to demonbuddy routine path ...trinityroutine\trinityroutine.cs edit it with notepad
find " { get { return "trinity"; } } " change to " { get { return "gilesplugin"; } } " then save
open yar select gilesplugin as combat routine

Not sure at what point exactly but my bot Running Time turns into my clock. As in, it shows the current time. I'm running 0.1.9.2 with 1 bot.

Not a big issue just wanted to report ty for the hard work.
