I just realized the CC also doesn't use GoAK. Is there anyway to also implement that into the rotation?
Guardian of Ancient Kings
Guardian of Ancient Kings is a new cooldown at 85. This spell summons an uncontrollable pet that will replicate your casted heals. At this time the following are the only spells valid for GoAK: FoL, HL, DL, HS, WoG. It is invulnerable, and lasts 30s or until 5 valid heals are used. The effect is a duplicate heal cast on the same target, as well as healing all targets within 10 yards of the target healed for 10% of the heal value, which can hit the original target as well.
HR is best to use in situations where you need the buffs that it gives:
Holy Radiance
Holy Radiance is an AoE HoT, centered on the paladin that moves with him. HR has a base tick rate of 1s before haste, and base duration of 10s. Being a HoT this spell will scale very well with haste, and currently gets an additional 10% efficiency at 5% Haste, and every 10% beyond that. Holy Radiance has the potential for high efficiency and output. Use it any time you will be clustered for its duration, such as on the melee, as efficiency will drop significantly on players who are spread out. It is also beneficial to stack haste effects with this spell. 30s talented cool down means it can see fairly frequent use if the need arises. As HR scales with haste, both the total duration and number of ticks will change
So having the CC use GoAK as an AoE Healing and since HR is haste dependent {anywhere from 10 ticks to 24 tricks depending on your haste} it would be better to pop HR after popping DF {Divine Favor} and Lifeblood {Herbalism Trait +480 Haste over 20 seconds}.

Edit1: At work, will be home in 3-4 hours to test the new raid build 1.4 of the CC. Not sure how HR was implemented, and I didn't really give a good reason or situations when it should be used. Not sure if you play a Holy Paladin in raids, but this is the best way to use it. As I told you, I just switched from a 12/13Heroic Ret raiding Paladin to a Holy Paladin. I am out geared by my guildmates, they are all ilvl 372, but I am almost topping them in the Healing charts. I am slowly learning all the mechanics to the class and will keep posting back with updates to make this CC use the best rotations and best spells in certain situations.
Edit2: Also, how do you prioritize healing vs dispelling, and what do you do to determine what to dispel first? Was just wondering so I can see and theorycraft with guildmates on the best way to do this {Our main Holy Paladin is interested in HB just for this CC and is gonna probably purchase it this week. He will be a great help to fine tuning this CC}
Edit3: Something else I would like to see that I feel you can implement straight into the CC {since you already have the 'Set Tank' option in the Bot Settings} is an option to say, only heal/dispel/monitor the selected players. Maybe give a check box next to everyone or highlight the names? Say, I am assigned to
ONLY heal the MT or the OT, or say 3 specific melee for certain fights. I need a way to tell the bot, ignore everyone else ---
no matter what--- and
ONLY monitor the following targets.
Edit4:Question, you updated the first post and said:
-It will now use inquisition when people are at pretty full health and word of glory is not needed
Here is what it does:
Inquisition
Instant cast
Consumes all Holy Power to increase your Holy Damage by 30%. Lasts 4 sec per charge of Holy Power consumed.
It does not add anything to +healing, or anything that benefits Holy Paladins, in fact, if used in the wrong way, could be negative. If you happen to use Holy Shock while Inquisition is up on an enemy, you just increased your threat by 30%. Only spell Holy Paladins currently have to use HP on is WoG. Better off keeping HP to use for WoG when its needed.
Edit5: Something else I though of, would be, since Holy Shock costs next to nothing ---
1873.8 mana--- it should do a check out of combat:
Code:
If Not in Combat:
Does Holy Power = 3
If Yes, recheck in 25 seconds if not in combat still
If No, cast Holy Shock. -recheck Holy Power in 25 seconds
That way, you will go into fights with 1-3 Holy Power instead of starting at 0. I choose checks at 25 seconds because HP expires, if not used, after 30 seconds. Could be made 28 or 29 seconds as well.
