Siege Camp Chest Runner v3.0

Please attempt to keep this thread on topic and feedback constructive.

Requirements:
  1. Latest stable version of Trinity & QuestTools.
  2. Latest stable version of DemonBuddy.
  3. Kill Malthael quest in campaign mode.
*Older versions may work but will not be supported.

How to use:
  1. Make sure the bot is stopped and DB is closed.
  2. Copy "Chest Runner v3.0.xml" into ../Demonbuddy/Profiles/
  3. Start up the bot and change Trinity's and DB's settings using the recommendations below.
  4. Make sure you have kill Malthael quest in campaign mode.
  5. Start up the bot.

Required Trinity Settings:
  • Objects: Have all container boxes UNCHECKED* and select "Skip Destructibles Unless Stuck".

Recommended DB Settings:
  • These can revert back to defaults when you exit the program. Always check before starting the bot.
  • Set "Game Wait Time" to a lower number. I use 3-6.
  • Change game difficulty to Torment6.

Hardcore Tip:
The towers inflict Arcane damage despite it appearing as fire. Wearing the 'Countess Julia's Cameo' amulet makes this profile 100% safe.

Appreciate the input. BTW, the attached version of TrinityOOCToggle.cs does not support out of combat movement for monks. If anyone has any feedback on implementation it would be helpful as I do not have a monk to test with.
 
Playing on a Crusader, and it could use Steed Charge more than twice per run (maybe even 4-5 times because of CDR). Anyway you can add this?

It also doesn't - as the guy above stated for monks - support using Steed Charge OOC. It will leave game immidiately if toggled.

The bot also pauses for 1 second in front of each chest instead of just opening and running off like the original CaptainAmerica profile.

A small thing: I don't think 3000 ms wait time is needed when entering waypoint. 500 is fine (like old profile).

Good work updating it, hope you can use this feedback, looking forward for improvements.

As far as Steed Charge is concerned, if it is active when you get to a chest this causes issues with the interaction process. I can run some additional tests and see if I can get at least one more application in. The pause that you see is part of the "MoveToActor" function that has replaced the now depricated "TrinityInteract" function. I'm not sure that there is anything I can do as far as that delay is concerned, but I will look into it.
 
I have been running it for a few and seems there is a 2-3 sec delay before opening chest, and some times starts to run before loot drops and has to backtrack, can anyone else confirm i might be lagging. The pause at chest is decreasing gph by about 5-6 went from 53 to 48 so if theres a fix for it awesome anyhow thanks for picking up the profile.
Barb is working fine for me.

Alright. As for Steed Charge, I think there is room for one more (if you have the CDR) after the 2nd chest running up the stairs. Not sure it will work, if you don't have enough (50%+ CDR).

it was at 500 i set it to 0 but there is still the delay before opening the chest 2 sec delay basicly

Okay, then it is not profile related. There must be a delay associated with the "MoveToActor" function and chest interactions. rrix would be in a better position to clarify if this is indeed the case.

its probably somthing with the change from trinity 1.97 to 1.98 because i have the most success atm with .97, with using the new DB and new trinity i get the delay.
 
Does the profile seem to run okay with Trinity 1.97? I'm sitting at 45-50 gph after running today for almost 8 hours with Trinity 1.98 and I haven't had any issues to speak of.
 
i tried runnin this profile with 1.97 and it doesnt work it stalls 1.98 it runs fine i get about 45-48 gph its a little down from the games i was getting 52-56 but im sure its just the pause at the chests. that is with a barb

If you want it to open ground containers, then yes check off just that option. Leave the chests unchecked.
 
This has to do with Trinity 1.98. I have posted this profile in an effort to simplify it's use going forward. Feel free to use whatever works for you :)
