It's fairly obvious chests do benefit from higher torments, I accidently left my bot on normal once but I bot multiple accounts, anyhow 24 hours later I check the normal one only ad 0.60/lph and was doing 60g/ph, my other characters had triple the legs.
Is it just me or are these chests now dropping only < magic quality items? Haven't seen a single rare+ quality item, only whites, blues and gems.
