ShamWOW for HB2 - An Enhance/Elemental/Resto + PVP/RaF Healbot by Bobby53

Hey, not to knock on this cc at all bc it's sweet, but I too was watching it run for a while, and while in pvp it casts healing surge, but in grind mode it casts healing wave. In combat, out of combat... it's simply an inferior spell in every way... Any way to change this? Just curious is all

been getting this error on both this cc and the default hunter cc was wondering if its a cc issue or bot issue? it just stands in 1 spot and keeps spaming this error i dont thinks its the profile as i am currently running the same profile on a warrior and priest both running awesome
 
at Styx.Logic.Vendors.get_NearestFlightMerchant()

remove the look for flightmerchant (or whatever the that button says) option in HB.

Try switching the language of your wow client to english, i had the same problem with the german client, after switching the language to english this cc works like a charm :)
 
I use Russian version and can't switch to English at all. Maybe developer provide more compatible to CC? Best regards.
 
This cc is the most advanced cc i have ever used. I am running a level 80 resto shaman with ~1,6k resilience and he always! hits #1 in healing and pwns noob dd's as a healer! Just pure awesomeness! It just looks super amazing how he jumps directly into action throwing chain heals arround and just going crazy. Instead of getting "lol fucking bot" whispers or "yeah nice bot dude" i get whispers like "dude you are an awesome healer" or "nice healing" and stuff like that...normally i don't watch my bots very often/long time but even if i have time to play myself i instead let the bot do some bg's as i am just that amazed how it rocks.

bot use every time Lightning Shield.....
 
Do you use English version or not? Try change ShieldBuffNeeded(true)) to ShieldBuffNeeded(false)) in CC file.

I so agree with your post mate, this is such an advanced cc. Iv never seen any of my bots handle itself this good in PvP. I got a lvl 80 Enhanchment shammy and its doing really well on the dps part but heals even better when its setup for combat and healing.

Thanks alot bobby for this cc, im just loving it when it pwns real players :)

I agree with you, mostly. Healing Wave is more mana efficient, so saying its inferior in every way isn't accurate. However, definitely while in combat Healing Surge needs to be used during Grinding. The next release will use Healing Surge as the goto spell for Grinding, both in and out of combat so the only time you should see a Healing Wave in the upcoming release is if you have insufficient mana for a Healing Surge or prior to level 20 when it is trained. Thanks for the post.

Josucs, Thank you very much for the log. Seems a pattern is forming and there may be an internationalization issue relative to checking the number of stacks of Lightning Shield. I'll have a fix in the next release for you. Greatly appreciate this and the log files from other users in providing the info necessary to identify a pattern.

Thanks for the post tozededao. I really was asking for a complete debug log file so I had access to all the settings and data associated with the encounter. Based upon a review of this and some other testing, Healing Surge will be the goto spell in the next release. Thank you for taking the time to put the scenarios above together. +rep

Incognitto, My apologies for any issue you may be having. Please see the ShamWOW FAQ [link -- click here] which is post #2 in this thread for information on the details needed when posting about issues with ShamWOW. It appears it is an HB issue you can try solving by unchecking the Learn Flightpaths setting in the Bot Settings window of HonorBuddy. Thanks for your help, Bobby53

I'll have a fix in the next release for you.
