Mine only refreshes when the 10 min wears off. I glyph for lightning shield since I grind my leveling. It keeps me from casting lightning shield like crazy on big pulls.

She's level 13 so no glyphs atm

Even when i'm playing a shaman manually, I refresh my shield all the time, especially after combat, so I don't find that strange at all.

Ah, I see. Yeah, mine seemed to refresh it all the time until I watched and found that combat would deplete the charges really fast. I just sat and watched it grind for a couple of hours one day and realized how many casts of lightning shield she went through lol.

Excellent cc !! Using resto/ele spec on my 80 shamie and it rocks.
So I have started leveling my 2 other shamies from my mulitbox days soon the triplets will be in full force again :O

Triplets? One ele, one enh, and one resto? That sounds like quite a way to go.

I think the first log is whats happening, and the beginning of the second??

Basically I installed ShamWOW, first in the default shammy (overwrote) and thought that it might be the problem, so i deleted that and installed just shamwow (no default shaman CC at all, not even the folder)

I'll start up HB (inside instance) and RAF - Combat Assist -- it says nothing fits the profile for ur character... so i go to CC config, save, hit start again and it starts, doesn't fit ur char, stops.

So I was like ... well, lets see what instance buddy does ... and it worked

Yeah, I noticed it didn't work with RaF either, so I use IB. I also have nesox's combat assist bot that just lets you move the character, but does all the combat for you. I use that sometimes too.

I haven't tried ele yet, but that's only because I don't have the gear for it. I'm going enh because I had a ton of gear that I never used on my rogue, so I sent it over to my shammy, and I also borrowed the heirloom gear from my rogue too.

I noticed another bug... the bot will spam this after combat and attempting to catch up the tank ... and it takes baby steps. sometimes its on flat planes, sometimes its going up / down stairs

I have attached a log, please look at the end (i stopped it and threw it out of sync, so look just above it, it spams it constantly)


Note: i had to zip the file as it was 2.2 MB due to the spam xD

edit: i am not combat, im just waiting for it to catch up. usually when im in combat its like "oh snap im in combat" and 2 clicks and its to me.

Hi akisf, Wind Shear has been supported for about a year. Any time the Shaman sees the enemy target casting it will cast Wind Shear if in range and not on cooldown. There were some changes in the current release to identify only interruptible spells however, so there may be an issue there if you aren't seeing it cast. What is the exact name of the target you expected the Wind Shear and the name of the spell it was casting? Thanks, Bobby53

Tbh i never saw it cast, leveled from lvl 14 to 71 enhacement spec atm, currently in dragonblight mobs Ice Revenant, spell Icy Torrent just to give an example, if you need log i can start a new hb session and upload it, tnx again

When you are out of combat, it will check if you have less than 3 stacks and refresh. This saves from using a GCD during combat to refresh.

Hey bobby, were you able to use the information I gave you about the CC issue? Afaik it could be HB that's crashing and not the CC. All I know is that when I click 'CC configuration' it will either cause HB to crash completely asking me to send an error report to Bossland, or spit out a couple of red lines saying something is null, and the null type is key.

Currently the log doesn't contain the info I need to resolve this issue, so don't worry with attaching one for now. If I don't see the issue, I'll add the necessary log output in that section as part of the next release and we'll see if we can't get the detail needed to resolve that way.

Hey bobby53,

With the new HB and ShamWOW i ran a Forge of Souls normal run with IB.
Now this issue came up:

• Everytime after combat the tank runs away and the bot starts following it, but it does it in a way where it looks really choppish, as if someone was tapping W.

Heres the log of the instance, i have stopped and started HB a couple of times as i thought it might resolve the issue.
If it's an HB error tell me so i can report it in the apropriate thread.

EDIT: When turning on "Disable CC Movement" he does follow normally, don't know if this is intended or ?

I love this cc.. always loved it. with ne new patch it is even greater just one lil problem. i use instancebuddy, your cc, and spec switcher. so, i heal in instances. the problem is my shaman still uses combat styles. drains alot of mana :/

i set

but my shaman still uses combat in resto spec.

I cant resolve your issue but i can speed it up for you,
Post a log from your HB folder so Bobby53 can look into your issue.
Without a log he will just ask for one and it'll take more time for you to get an answer.

You can modify the source if you like, but modified versions are unsupported and I ask that you please do not post code changes in the forum. ShamWOW uses a configuration file to store user modifiable settings including RAF Combat Style. The downloaded version includes a user interface for changing it. As WaCk0 mentioned, I can't help you without a complete debug log file attached. If you need help with that see the Frequently Asked Questions - FAQ which is the 2nd post in this thread.
