Dred I would suggest you delete that piece of log u posted And attach a log file as its clearly stated in the first post that snippits of log is not enough. Would save yours and bobbys time if you did this before he asks you to.

@dred: My apologies for the problems you encountered, but as punisher mentioned you will want to follow the steps given in the ShamWOW Frequently Asked Questions [CLICK HERE] for posting issues or questions so that I can research it for you. You can easily attach log files exceeding 20 mb in size by compressing as .ZIP first before attaching. That is covered in the FAQ as well. Please do not copy+paste log file contents as it prevents accessing and responding to the post from a phone (walls of text are simply impractical to deal with in small form factor devices.)

It appears you are using an older version of ShamWOW that was being bundled with HonorBuddy. Please redownload ShamWOW from Post #1 in this thread any time you install or automatically update to a new version of ShamWOW.

P.S. On other BG all is ok, if i usu oldest version (ShamWOW-4508) all is ok, except that the old version is worse and more stupid behaves.

Just have a question - why bot every time and stops behind the crowd? it looks very silly when 5 players on the AV stop at the same points and are what you expect.

lagse, Thank you for the complete debug log. The problem is related to a bug happening early in the damage rotation. The result is it never makes it to the portion responsible for casting the damage spells you expect. A fix should be available shortly.

A couple quick points:

- you will find I respond more slowly to users describing the behavior of my work as stupid (or any other emotional terms.) If you agree to avoid describing the result of my 100's of hours my work/support as stupid, I agree to be polite when pointing out the flaws in a post which takes less than 5 minutes to prepare.

- non-combat movement is controlled by the Bot, not by ShamWOW. If you have a comment regarding the movement provided by BG Bot or PVP Bot, you'll want to post in the thread appropriate for the HonorBuddy bot in use.

I just tested the new version in mixed mode. Elemental now works flawlessly in both PvE and PvP. Ended up with 32-3 last AV.

Vastico, Thanks for the log file. When posting an issue, please use the described in the ShamWOW Frequently Asked Questions [CLICK HERE] to receive the fastest and most accurate answer. Log files grow extremely large and alone don't provide enough info. Members should be sure to provide the system time on their computer that they saw a problem occur. In this case however, it is a startup error that occurs when ShamWOW hasn't been installed correctly. The following message appeared in red in the Log window of HonorBuddy:

[13:03:24:507] Error: global config file not found: 'C:\Users\Vastico\Downloads\HB 5494\CustomClasses\Config\ShamWOW.config' 
[13:03:24:507] ... see ShamWOW FAQ for installation steps

When installing ShamWOW for the first time to a folder, unZIP all contents from the download into the CustomClasses folder and it should work as expected. See the INSTALL.TXT or the FAQ for steps and a list of files and locations you can use to verify your installation as correct.

and how difficult it is to change the configuration of logic? for example when a shaman pugyayut, better to put a totem, rather than using an accessory, he often uses a totem in the least or no use

As soon as this starts happening the bot stops healing and starts cleansing... prioritizing cleansing over healing (which means 0 healing). It isn't til the end of the fight that it starts back healing.

Unfortunately my log is refusing to upload right now. Next time I do the fight I'll upload the log.

Go in your settings and turn cleanse priority to low might help. It might be the problem

Obliv, Not sure what you mean by log refusing to upload. If its due to being too large compress as a .ZIP before uploading.

For the situation described, the easiest thing to do change what priority you want Cleanse to have relative to Healing by changing the Dispel Priority setting on RAF/Instances tab of ShamWOW configuration. Available options are:

High - cleanse > heal
Low - heal > cleanse
None - disable cleansing

The other alternative is to add the spell in question to the Cleanse Blacklist by editing the ShamWOW.config file. The properly added entry would cause the debuff to ignored regardless of dispel priority. There are 3 different spell ids for that ability, so 3 entries would be needed to cover all. They have been added to the next release.

Obliv, No worries. That should take care of it as the default is High. Setting to blacklist that spell added to next release so priority can be whatever you want at that point. Good luck with your Shaman, Bobby53

dogbnr, Thanks for the post. The log file does not appear to be attached however. Please attach the complete debug log file from your HonorBuddy\Logs folder. They accumulate there until you delete them, so the one you were referencing here should still exist. Thanks for the post and good luck with your Shaman, Bobby53

Good morning bobby, yesterday I tried to heal raid finder dragon soul and pulled a mediocre 6k hps. My character is decked in heroic firelands gear. Im using the raid healing preset and I noticed what the problem is, since theres 6 healers more often than not one of them will heal my target and shamwow will cancel his cast because target reached 93% health. Now thats fine in 5 mans where im the only healer but in 25 man last night I had to play manually and got 28k hps on madness of deathwing spamming chain heal so 6-10k is rather weak. Is there a setting we can change so it heals more. Mana isnt an issue as im ilvl 390pve and I have a ton of mana regen.
And theres no point in posting a log because its a feature working as intented. Im just wondering if theres some settings ud suggest. Maybe include a mad healing preset next release haha.
