I have an exception for the Firewall. The "Session is Invalid" happens at the same time on both computers I am running on every 5 minutes or so. This did not start happening until I updated to the latest HB.

I know they have apologized - but i havent had this once whenever i have used this service. I'm just saying it would be nice since it has stopped alot of people being able to AFK which is a great perk of this 'reliable' bot

Seems like you need to calm down a little bit, wait for them to fix it, and see what they do in terms of compensating your massive $2 down payment.
