Session is Invalid happens ... more than one time a day

its not even five minutes for me trying to run three accounts and every time it drops down for a node it goes invalid what the hell is going on? and ive already made the firewall exsemptions

I am calm and waiting, but it's the principal with anything you purchase you don't expect random unscheduled downtime.

A smart move would be to ask for compensation AFTER they've fixed the problem, and AFTER they've showed no signs of doing so.
 
Appears that one session works fine for me, but when I fire up a 2nd one I lose the first.
 
The auth server is most probably having issues, or the firewall that the auth server is behind is having issues. Or, the auth server or firewall are being hit hard by a DOS attack.
 
Ok so how exactly does one control the game now the bot's are down..

Thank you. The downtime wasn't even that bad. Everyone needs to chill lol. The downtime gave me time to train new skills and did shit the bot can't. DUH!

Most of the most stable services I have ever come across will only advertise 98-99% up time. Just in case something goes wrong. You guys are doing an amazing job. Keep it up!

Something is bound to go wrong eventually. (Even Youtube had issues yesterday, and we all know Google is king of uptime.)

Unfortunately, the last few days have been our biggest outages (except for planned ones, or attacks on our network which generally lasted a few hours at most).

And with your current status with Blizzard it wouldn't surprise me that someone is attacking your network. As long as your protecting yourselves against DoS and have a good IPS set up all is well :)
