Safe to bot instances?

Haven't seen much on instance banning except Bot. Can I run Cata instances / other instances than BOT and be safe I'm just doing it for cloth and greens to dissenchant! Thanks

yea you will be safe for the purpose you are doing it for.
It's the people that do it for gold farming that get banned

From my analysis of recent ban reports, Botanica, Lightning Halls, Gun Drak etc. (the popular ones) are getting more attention, but in general, don't do more than 4 hour or so stints, or you're likely to get a flag and get investigated.

Just don't only bot instances, do different stuff through the day and you are fine.
